Preparing Ritual
After the fight, some students began to disperse and some were still there just to continue their exercise. Niara, who had been watching them exert themselves, began to approach with a wide smile on her face. Her braided blonde hair wavered to her back as she walked.
"Impressive! I never see Xianmei fall on her butt like that!" she chuckled and teased her, making the short-haired woman embarrassed.
"That's because you just came back here after all these years!" she retorted, slightly annoyed. "You have no idea how much I failed."
"There, there, Xianmei, I knew you were a wonderful martial artist," she caressed her back, stroking it gently. "I never doubted your hard work. So, you two in dual resonance, then?"
"Yeah, I think," Renxian answered, turning to the several pavilions there that seemed to be filled with students. "Need to find a comfortable spot for it."
