In the middle of a small garden, there was a pond, not very big, just round and with water that looked a bit still. Around it, there were lots of flowers, growing in patches here and there. The colors were really nice. Some of the flowers were yellow, like bright little suns. Others were pink, soft and gentle, kind of like cotton candy. You could also spot a few purple ones, darker, almost like little grapes, but obviously flowers.

The flowers weren't in neat rows or anything. They just sort of grew where they wanted, in little clumps. Some were tall, standing up proudly, while others were shorter and more tucked into the grass. There wasn't too much variety, but enough that it looked pretty, with all the different colors mixed together.
