The collectors (basically laborers ), the craftsmen, the keepers ( storage department) last but not least, the fighters

Then one for medics, one for maintenance and protection, one for fighting and exploring, and the last one is the mercenary department, where members could be freelancers "then this wouldn't sound bad", "perfect", then managers, "ok."

Departments:

Explorers Department: Venturing out to scavenge supplies and eliminate threats.

Keepers Department: Maintenance and protection of the base.

Resources Department: Collecting and storing food, water, and essential supplies

Medic Department: Managing health and medical needs.

Mercenary Department: Freelancing, trade, documentation, and information gathering.

Crafts Department: construction, repair, and manufacturing of tools, weapons, and other equipment.

Managers Group: inspecting, communicating, and managing all departments.

Rules:

Resource Management: Departments can store their respective materials but cannot hoard finished goods. Excess items will be handed over to the Resources Department.

Work Exchange: The exchange of work between different departments is prohibited, but members of the same department are encouraged to collaborate.

Member Discipline: Departments can remove members with valid reasons, but this must be approved by managers or founders.

Leadership: Department heads are chosen by members and founders. Leaders must work alongside their members unless their duties become overbearing.

Manager Responsibilities: Managers are selected by the group and are required to inspect, communicate, and manage each department. They must work like any other member, with some exceptions.

Food Distribution:

Priority System: Food distribution will be based on the needs and contributions of each department, adjusted for food reserve levels classified as red, yellow, and green.

code black means there is danger to the base; this is also expressed by severity, such as black red, black yellow, and black

Emergency Interference: The department head of resources will handle distribution, with founders stepping in during emergencies.

Area Mapping:

Sector Division: The area will be divided into sectors, ranging from A to F, for organizational purposes.

Exchange Rates: Exchange rates for resources will be displayed on the information board in the mercenary guild

Hruday hesitated on how to explain the whole food distribution concept. His priorities were fighters first or workers first, depending on the situation, then children and women, and then the elderly. This was because, in the event of a zombie attack, kids and the elderly wouldn't stand a chance. The only people to depend on were adults, who would defend.

he discussed openly the selection of branch president and managers, which all went smoothly with his friends and everyone's help

with that people got busy and he openly asked if their group could rest, and people didn't give it a second thought and said that they weren't that cruel He also reminded everyone to mask their mouths before sleeping. With that, his apartment was filled with 24 people and he slept without any worries, feeling accomplished
