{Lefiya's POV}
I heard a sigh that sounded fed up, as Cain stood back up, not bothering to put his wet and dirty shirt on. He started walking towards it.
I was anxiously looking around and I saw the Amazon sisters unable to look away from Cain, I also felt like my eyes were being gravitated to his exposed body.
As he finally approached the amazons contrary to my expectations he walked right past them, standing in front of me.
My mind raced thinking at a speed I thought was not possible, thinking of all the things Cain could do to punish this behaviour, preparing myself mentally.
Cain raised his hand, and gave a head a swift chop.
Immediately I bring my hands up to the point of contact, tears manifesting in the corners of my eyes. Looking up at Cain. I see him nod to himself.
"That was your punishment Lefiya, you can go now" Cain said. I couldn't help, but feel that he was easy on me because we were closer, I prayed for the sisters in my mind as I made my way back to camp.
{Cain's POV}
I let Lefiya go with a slap on the wrist, or a chop to the head? It seemed like she tried to leave but alerted me instead, deserving of a punishment, but not a severe one.
I turned to the chocolate skinned sisters, thinking of what exactly to do to punish them.
My mind flashed with the possibility of using them for my sexual needs.
I pondered on it for a bit, longer than I should have, but I decided not to.
"What am I going to do with you two?" I thought out loud
…
I continued washing my bloodstain ridden clothes, this time though there are two new additions to the atmosphere.
One short-haired amazoness sporting a revealing tube top, and another amazoness this time long haired sporting a two piece bikini, they shared similarities, like sisters, you wouldn't be able to tell though, their faces were pointed down.
They were forced to stay in the dogeza position until I was finished, and everytime they tried to sneak a peek it would add an extra half an hour.
What is more surprising is that Tiona, and Tione managed to rack up 2h 30min, and 2h respectively.
I wiped my hand over my forehead with a relieved sigh, I just finished up. I saw Tione sneak one final look at me adding to her total. They still have a couple more hours to go.
I set the area around the both of them ablaze, leaving no room for movement for either of them.
The flames that encircled them were White, this time there was a faint light of purple radiating as well.
"I advise you to not move, they should release then you are free to go."
After I used a fire magic to instantly dry my shirt and put it on I grabbed my Nightcrawler set as well and made my way back to camp.
…
I woke up from my slumber and stretched. Yesterday ended without further conflict. I had Riveria look over them, no doubt she also had some words for the adventurous sisters.
I was among the first to wake up and started cleaning up dinner yesterday and making something for myself to eat before leaving for the spring I bathed in earlier.
.Not minding the two scorched patches of grass I sat down and meditated, noting the increased amount of Mind in the air. I started playing around with it, gathering it, purifying it, molding it, anything so I could improve my control.
I did so for a few hours. Until I saw Riveria approaching, our eyes caught each other.
"Cain, we are about to leave again" Riviera said all she needed to, I started getting up and dusted off my clothes quickly.
"Lead the way!" I said enthusiastically.
…
As a large group the Large Tree Labyrinth wasn't difficult, at least most, by the end you could notice the fatigue of the lower levels. At the entrance of the Water City, Finn turned to face the familia he is captaining.
"We must split again here, anyone below level 3, please make your way back, we cleared a good path on our way down, try to make the most of it." Though disheartened, they knew they might be dead weight heading into the lower floors. They grouped up and left.
I was not included in this group since Finn was talking about strength when it came to levels. I don't fit the mold of a normal level 2.
I was excited to finally go way deeper into the dungeon.
"Now, Tiona, Tione, Cain, Gareth, Riveria I want you to go down and hunt the Amphisbaena and wait for us at the exit"
I nodded as I separated from the group, I was quickly joined by the others that were called. I followed closely behind them, it seemed like they were trying to match my pace, to not leave me behind or force me to exert myself before the boss fight.
After a couple of hours of running we arrived at the 27th floor.
"That was a good warmup!" I exclaim.
"That's the spirit squirt" Gareth said as he slapped my back, afterwards I still felt pins and needles on my back.
"Tiona, Tione, I want you to go into the water in search for the Amphisbaena" Riviera ordered
"Is that really necessary?" I asked Riveria, instead of being prideful, she looked at me curiously.
"What do you mean, Cain?" Riviera questioned
"I'll show you" I said.
I walked up to the main feature of the Water City floors, the massive waterfall that went from the top to the bottom of the Water City.
I spent time preparing my Mind gathering a lot of it to ensure what I was going to do next.
I set up a Flame Barrier, one that would instantly evaporate the water from the waterfall. The effects weren't instant, but the team behind me knew the possibilities.
They all waited with baited breath waiting for my plan to work, before going forward.
I stood with a confident smirk on my face.
Slowly but surely, the 27th floor started to dry up.
I nodded to myself, compared to just using all my Mind to evaporate everything, this was the most efficient option.
"Wow!"
"Oh!"
The two amazonian sisters seemed to be amazed that my fire could be used for something other than torture.
"This'll make the Amphisbaena fight so much easier, thanks squirt!" Gareth gave his thanks.
He didn't get the response he wanted from me, as I gave his helmet a chop.
"Don't jinx it, anything can happen in the Dungeon."
"Tch, a newbie lecturing me about the dungeon…" Gareth grumbled, his ears turned red, embarrassed to make such a mistake in front of a newbie.
"Cain! Gareth!" Riviera yelled.
We immediately put on our game faces and looked at the slowly emptying body of water, near the center of it, there was a tri-headed dragon looking beast.
Wait? Tri? Isn't supposed to have 2 heads, I told you so Gareth!
"Mutated Amphisbaena!" I shouted.
"Gareth, protect Riveria, Tione, Tiona, fight it on the water, I'll provide support to you." I gave orders like it was second nature, though I didn't direct Riveria, since she would know her role here better than anyone, preparing her strongest magic.
{Finn's POV}
We just made it to the 26th floor. Ever since I sent the small team to defeat Amphisbaena, I ve felt the tiniest of shudders from my thumb.
There's nothing a normal Amphisbaena can do against that team, even if Cain, the variable, doesn't perform.
Suddenly, the shudders from my thumb grew exponentially making it feel like it was going to explode. It slowly dissipated.
Something wasn't right with Amphisbaena, that was my intuition.
"I believe the raid team requires my assistance, I will go forth, I entrust everyone to Ais." I also look at Ais telling her that she isn't going to join me.
