Meet An Old Friend

After giving the manager of the metropolitan mall a headache that day with the number of items that Theodore wanted to buy, he finally went home quite satisfied after buying all the things on his list. 

The manager promised Theodore that tonight they would deliver all his purchases home. 

Since the problem regarding the delivery of his goods had been handled, Theodore decided to go to Luke's house which was not far from the downtown area. 

Theodore had received a text message from his best friend a few moments ago that he had something he wanted to talk to him about. 

"From the message he doesn't seem angry, it seems like he has good news about the sale of my goods," Theodore muttered, guessing that Luke wanted to talk about the sale of his used goods. 

About five days ago Theodore had sent all his used goods that he wanted to sell to Luke's residence as he had said before. 

Theodore didn't expect Luke to complete the sale in just five days, he was quite satisfied with his friend's frenzied performance.

With that Theodore drove his car towards Luke's house which was not too far from the Metropolitan Mall.

The McCarthy family residence was no less luxurious than the Spencer family residence, Theodore who was already friends with Luke was used to coming to this place. 

Even when Theodore got out of his car, his arrival was warmly welcomed by the butler of the house. 

"Mr. Theodore, Young Master Luke is waiting for you in the backyard," said Gerald the McCarthy family butler. 

"Thank you, Gerald. I'll be right there." Theodore nodded with a smile, he knew Gerald very well.

Theodore quickly took his steps towards the backyard of this luxurious house, he didn't know why Luke was waiting for him there. 

From a distance Theodore saw Luke pacing there, so he quickened his pace. 

"Hey, Luke!" Theodore greeted Luke when he was in the doorway leading to the backyard. 

Luke, who heard Theodore's voice, turned his head and shot a glare at Theodore who was standing in the doorway casually. 

"You bastard!" Luke ran up to Theodore and grabbed him by the collar. 

Given that Theodore had been friends with Luke for a long time, he wasn't too surprised by Luke's current reaction.

"You better calm down, Luke. I'm not going to run away," Theodore said as he released Luke's grip on his collar.

"How could you let me organize your mountain of stuff!" Luke shouted angrily.

Luke had not expected that the items Theodore wanted to sell would be 10 large boxes of various types. 

"Weren't you the one who said you could do it?" Theodore said while tilting his head innocently. 

Luke growled angrily, but he knew that he did say that before. 

"But, you didn't tell me you had that much stuff." Luke sighed tiredly. 

Then, Luke brought Theodore to sit on the sofa in the spacious backyard. 

Theodore happily followed Luke's lead and seated himself comfortably across from Luke. 

"So, did you manage to sell all my stuff?" asked Theodore after seating himself comfortably on the sofa. 

"Of course I have. This kind of thing is easy for me," Luke replied smugly. 

"How much did you make from the sale?" Theodore grinned happily when he heard Luke's answer. 

Indeed, if it was a matter of selling like this, Theodore could leave it to Luke, his friend, although looking untrustworthy, was very good at something like this. 

Luke's smile widened when he heard Theodore's question, from his reaction it could be said that Luke managed to get a big income this time. 

Then, Luke put his smartphone on the table and pushed it towards Theodore, telling Theodore to look at his phone.

Knowing what Luke wanted, Theodore took Luke's cell phone to see what he wanted to show him. 

When he saw the phone Theodore was honestly quite surprised by what was displayed on the phone. 

"You really make this much? This is more or less almost matching the inheritance I got," Theodore said, looking back and forth at Luke and the cell phone in his hand. 

Luke's nostrils flared when he heard Theodore praising him, his work this time was indeed very impressive. 

"Great isn't it? Actually your stuff is still very good, so I can sell it for a pretty high price," Luke explained quite seriously. 

"Then I'll only take 100 million, the rest you can keep it for yourself." Theodore handed the phone back to Luke. 

This time it was Luke who was surprised, not expecting Theodore to give him so much commission at this time. 

"Are you sure?" Luke frowned. 

"Yes, you've worked hard for this," Theodore replied, nodding his head. 

"Alright, I won't turn it down." Luke laughed when he heard Theodore's words, at least he appreciated his efforts this time. 

"You can send it to my account." Theodore instructed Luke to send the money. 

Luke fiddled with his smartphone, then after a moment he looked up to look at Theodore. 

"You can check your account, I've sent it to you," Luke said later. 

Following Luke's words, Theodore took out his cell phone to check his account. 

"It's in. Thanks again for your help," Theodore replied with relief when one of his problems was solved. 

"No problem. By the way, what do you want to do with all that money?" Luke was a little suspicious of what Theodore wanted to do with that much money. 

"I have something important to do. Can you help me again?" Theodore still didn't know where to buy weapons like swords or other sharp weapons. 

"There's more? What do you need this time?" asked Luke in confusion.

"Do you know where I can buy sharp weapons like swords?" Theodore finally asked about his current confusion. 

You can see Luke's face was very surprised this time, not expecting Theodore to ask him about something dangerous like this. 

Even though they were the wealthy second generation who were sometimes useless to their family. 

But, at least they never crossed the line like killing people or doing drugs. 

And this time Luke thought Theodore wanted to kill someone or he wanted to fight with an evil group like the city mafia. 

"Oh my! Why do you need stuff like that? Are you going to kill someone?" As usual Luke reacted with excitement again. 

Theodore felt his head spin as he heard Luke's overreaction, so he rolled his eyes lazily. 

It seemed like Theodore had to explain this matter to Luke so that his best friend wouldn't misunderstand his intentions.
