Daddy Ran Away

(A Few Months Later) (Training Ground) *Kaito's POV *

"I'm planning to apply for early graduation. What about you?" itachi.

"Nah. I'm gonna graduate normally." I replied.

"Why?"

"just don't feel like it. Let's conti.." before I could finish an anbu appeared before me.

"Sentsuki Kaito. The hokage summon you." the anbu said before flickering away.

"Let's continue some other time." I said to itachi. After I recieve a nod, I head towards the hokage mansion.

I guess father have defected.

(Hokages Office)

I arrived within minutes. Walking opening the door, I saw 4 people inside. Hiruzen, Danzo, an old man and a woman. I don't remember the other two names but I do know that they are part of Konoha's Council.

"Sentsuki Kaito" I said.

The Hokage gestured me to come closer.

"Orochimarum has deserted the village. He will be listed as an S-rank missing nin."the Hokage said.

I've already known but I tried to look shocked.

The hokage continues" We would like to ask you a few questions if you don't mind. "

You sure know how to make interrogation sound nice. Trying my best not to roll my eyes, I accepted," o... Okay"

"Come in Inochi." the Hokage command and a blond haired shinobi came in.

Looking at the very reason I've been restless the past few months, I feel stressed. What if the barrier didn't work? And so they started their questions.

The interroga.... I mean questioning lasted about 30 minutes and Inochi left. Luckily, the barrier worked and they didn't uncover anything.

I've locked all my memories except for training and encounter with Father. It'll make them think I'm not close to him.

The Hokage then said" you'll be sent back to the orphanage until you graduate. After that the village will prepare an apartment for you. "

" No!!! I don't wanna!!!! Not the orphanage!!! I want freedom!!!! " was what I'd like to say but there's no way could I really say that so, I asked" Hokage-sama, can't I just live at my house? "

" No, your house will be confiscated. "the Hokage replied.

Well that's expected. There is a lab under the house. I guess I'll just agree with it." Hai, did father leave anything for me? Like some money? "

" just this letter and no. His bank balance have been emptied."he took out a letter and handed it to me.

He didn't even leave me any money. That better be an empty check! Taking the letter, I'm excused my self and left the office.

(After Kaito Left) (Hokage Office) *General POV*

Danzo :" Let me train him Hiruzen, he's too dangerous to be left alone"

Hiruzen :"No, Inochi had already checked. He doesn't really have a close relationship with Orochimaru anymore. My discipline abandoned him, and I'm gonna take responsibility for it."

Danzo :"First the jinjuriki and now the snake's child too? You must decide one!"

Hiruzen :"No Danzo. I'm the Hokage I get to decide what I do!"

Danzo left in anger but he couldn't do anything against Hiruzen as he's still the Hokage.

Hiruzen the let out a sigh of relief, "I'm too old for this"

* Kaito's POV *

I can't believe he didn't leave anything for me. I'll open the letter after I reach home for now I'll find Itachi first. I hope is still at the training ground.

After a few minutes, I arrived at the training ground. Arriving at the training ground, Itachi is still training. He's trowing shurikens with such accuracy before even awaking his sharingan. How much better would he be if he had?

When I arrived Itachi stop and turn to me. He asked, "What did the Hokage summoned you for?"

"let's apply for early graduation." I replied.

"What? I thought you didn't want to?"

"Well I did say that but now I do."

"Why?"

"Where do I start?" "First of all my father, Orochimaru defected from the village. His now an S rank missing nin. The Hokage summoned me to inform me about that."

"And?" Itachi asked

"What and?" forgetting his question I asked.

"Why did you suddenly want to graduate early?"

"Oh that! Well my house have been confiscated and the Hokage sent me back to the orphanage. He said that he would prepare an apartment for me after I graduate. Thus the early graduation."

Then we continued talking about something else totally off topic.

Without us realising it the sun had already settled down. We returned home.
