"Wow! It has been such a long time since we all gathered together like this," Flora exclaimed, glancing at Liora and Noel, who had just finished docking with the other Babylons.

"You're right, Flora. It feels like ages," Noel replied politely before greeting the others.

"Finally, all eight of us are reunited," Alex remarked, casting his gaze upon the eighth gynoid sisters who were embracing each other after a prolonged separation.

Currently seated in one of the rooms inside Rampart Castle, Alex found the environment more comfortable compared to Arcadia's castle, which had yet to undergo any renovations since its capture.

As Alex contemplated his future plans, he knew he would soon depart for Egret to gather the last of the Babylons.

In front of him lay a file containing blueprints for his upcoming invention.

[Replicator]

A magi-tech device created by Alex, inspired by the null spell [Copy] used by Touya during his final battle with the servile god.

This spell allowed for the flawless replication of any inanimate object, down to the smallest detail, at the cost of magical energy.

Using this concept, Alex designed a machine that would run on the tower's power and provide Babylon with the necessary materials.

The replicator would prove invaluable in the future for mass-producing frame gears and other magi-tech, ensuring a continuous supply of materials within Babylon.

With the plan nearly complete, Alex had enlisted Rosetta and Monica to construct the machinery. Once built, Alex would enchant it and then oversee its mass production with the assistance of the workshop and the enchanter he had previously created.

While pondering the various applications of the replicator, Alex began reading a new book on different types of null spells, which Julian had acquired for him.

Even after gaining access to the library, Alex's thirst for knowledge regarding null spells remained insatiable, as there seemed to be no end to the number of such spells in the world.

As he delved into the book, Alex encountered numerous spells that he had previously read about: a spell to induce baldness, a spell for breathing underwater, a spell to create ice cubes, and a useful one to control inanimate objects. Next, he stumbled upon a spell that caught his attention.

A spell to copy any type of data and store it within inanimate objects... [Appraise].

This is a very high level spell which is way above the league of [analyse] spell of Doctor Babylon.

According to the book this spell belonged to an old man who have already passed away and granted him the ability to store or transfer any kind of data in the world but since it can only be used by inanimate objects the old man was never able to use the spell and the spell was declared to be useless.

"That's the spell I've been searching for," Alex thought excitedly, immediately summoning his enchanted smartphone, which he could call upon using the apport and teleport spells.

Rising from his chair, Alex invoked one of his null spells.

"[Enchant]: [Appraise]

[Program] initiated: Starting condition—when the user says 'Scan Mode' with the camera app open; Actions upon activation—scan the object in front of the camera and use the [Appraise] spell to copy its entire data, create a corresponding app to organize the data, and return to normal when the command 'End Scanning' is given; [Program] concluded."

As Alex spoke, his smartphone briefly emitted a bright light.

Curious to test this new feature, Alex used the Scan Mode of his smartphone's camera app and copied the entire data from the 'Replicator' file.

Once the copying process was complete, Alex closed the camera app and navigated to the app drawer, where a new app named Replicator appeared, and upon opening it, he discovered that it contained all the contents of the file.

Alex's excitement grew as he successfully utilized the new spell and decided to test it on something he had long desired to apply this type of magic to. He deleted the app he had just created.

Invoking the null spell "[Grimoire]," which he had obtained from Lexi and was his very first null spell, Alex eagerly attempted to find a way to utilize the Grimoire spell as intended. However, despite his efforts to explore alternative methods, he couldn't find a solution.

It appeared that the Grimoire spell couldn't be enchanted onto the smartphone, and Alex struggled to copy the spell accurately. As a result, he temporarily abandoned his attempts with the spell. However, with the newfound spell he had acquired, Alex held onto hope that it would offer a solution.

Reciting the spell, the familiar purple-colored book materialized once again before Alex.

"Scan Mode," Alex commanded, switching his smartphone's camera to scan mode and directing it at the purple Grimoire.

It didn't take long for the smartphone to scan the entire Grimoire, capturing all its information through the download process.

Ordinary devices would have been incapable of storing such a vast amount of data, but the smartphones in both Alex's and Touya's possession were divine items with infinite storage capacity, enabling them to store the entirety of the Grimoire's contents.

Navigating to the app drawer, Alex discovered that a new application named "Grimoire" had appeared on his smartphone. Upon opening it, he gained access to all the spells documented in the Grimoire. With the aid of the search function, he was able to quickly find a specific spell he desired.

Spells to cure any kind of disease, convert any kind of energy to magical energy, exert precise control over living beings, travel through space, tame various monsters, instill consciousness into inanimate objects—all types of spells that Alex sought were readily available within the Grimoire.
