Brom's Decision (Part 3)

"Because, Anne, your existence alone will destroy the whole kingdom in ruin."

Brom's words become a dagger that stabs through her heart. Never in her life, she would think that she is the cause of something greater.

Taking a glance at Anne, Vale could feel she was hurting and bothered by Brom's accusation, "Look, I know that she was the anomaly in this world, but do you have to say to that extent, Brom?" Vale could never accept Brom would be so frank and rude to his beloved.

"What I said is the truth, primary captain, whether she likes it or not, Anne is the key to either the prosperity of the kingdom or the complete destruction of this once beautiful kingdom." Brom took his time to continue his story, clasp his hands together, and look into the two of them. "I need to tell you that this is not the first time encountered this problematic decision."

The other two were flustered, they looked at Brom, puzzled by his words.
