Frost slowly began to appear around the awakening stone. It spread out and covered the platform completely, even the ground under Wendy's feet was covered in bone-freezing ice. The ice continued to spread and soon covered fifty meters around Wendy. Alex had to move backward because of Kai who was behind him.
He might be able to withstand the coldness but Kai was helplessly powerless against it, so he had to protect 5he young lad from freezing.
