Summer vacation is coming soon. The students prepare for the holidays well and plan things in their hometowns or at their homes.

Especially the Griffin house students who look impatient to get out of that annoying dorm. The investigation of Vrochis has not yet been completed and the directions shown seem to be a waste of time. It looks like the mission this time is done during summer vacation and will cut their vacation time. That's sad.

They did well on their exams and after this the holidays would come. As usual, Clare completed it precisely and easily, unlike Jules or Zoya. After the academy head's briefing was over, they cheered for the long awaited summer vacation. Especially for Clare, she really misses Marine and Clark as well as Jack and Adoria. "Then we'll be there. Zoya do you want to come?" asked Clare getting Zoya nod.

The train continued to go fast without a hitch. A few minutes later, the train stopped at the subway and students rushed out of the train. Parents and their pickers was waiting in front of the train to take them home.

As usual, those who were nobles were always escorted by guards for the sake of safety. Blaire who is a noble, she is also being escorted by two guards, for her this is troublesome after a few times doing things freely with Zoya.

Luke and Gavin together entered a black Limousine model car. Today is certainly different from the usual days. Usually they go home once a month and are still escorted, the difference is that they are only escorted by a private driver. Several luxury cars of the nobles were parked in a row with the dominant color. Several escort cars were also in front and behind the noble's car. It's really like an actress or government who has visited an official event.

Blaire and Jules had each been picked up. Now only Clare and Zoya are still sitting in the waiting chair and lost in their own thoughts. Luke turned towards the window and opened the curtains intending to see what was outside. His eyes found Clare who was like a lost child together with Zoya. They sat on the steps and were seen waiting for someone.

Luke didn't respond to Gavin's rambling anymore. Gavin closed the curtains again and went out of the car to meet Clare. Out of curiosity, Luke opened the curtain again and peeked at the interaction between Clare and Gavin. But on second thought, it seemed like a waste of time. He closed the curtain again and opened his book to read.

After several times Gavin persuaded Clare, Clare finally agreed and followed Gavin's advice. Clare thought it wouldn't hurt as long as it wasn't just the two of us in the same room. Gavin says he's not alone, so Clare agrees. She was also tired of constantly waiting outside, especially since the weather was hot.

They entered and were followed by Clare and then Gavin. The first thing Clare saw was comfort. There is no sound from outside coming in, only the sound of game music on the screen is still on.

In a car of this size, it is enough to accommodate a large family. It can accommodate 8 people and is now more flexible because there are only two people.

The atmosphere became very awkward. Luke seemed to remain in his book without speaking a word while Gavin fiddled with his console to play another game. Only Clare looks like an idiot without any activity. Her heart felt restless and occasionally looked at her cellphone which didn't show any notifications at all. "Clare." Gavin's rebuke broke Clare's thoughts.

Clare wrinkled her chin in response.

"Want to come play?" Gavin bargained eagerly to break up the awkwardness.

Clare agreed. They play seriously. At first Clare didn't understand, then Gavin taught her and Clare easily understood. They played happily and kept pressing the console button with enthusiasm. Apparently playing games really makes Clare forget everything. Moreover, his partner is Gavin who keeps making Clare lose and doesn't want to give up.

As a result, it was Luke who felt disturbed. He felt annoyed at Gavin who was too excited to play especially with Clare. Luke repeatedly went back and forth with time, they were still so busy playing games that they forgot the time.

Then Clare's phone rings interrupting their game. Clare glanced at her phone and the screen read Daddy made Clare gasp. Clare put down the console then picked up the phone.

"Hello, dad."

"Yes, I'll be there."

"Just me, wait for me."

"Is it true?" Clare's eyes widened and she turned toward the door. She ignored Gavin who was still playing the game and walked to the car door and opened it.

Having her parents right in front of the car door made Clare freeze.

"So, you're here." said Marines.

Clare just smirked and her heart felt restless. Her parents found her in the car with a guy, it's no joke. Clare just remembered that her mom can track someone's whereabouts, it's natural for them to know where Clare is.

Incidentally Luke was about to get out of the car, so Clare had to get out of the car. There's something Luke has to do, but the timing isn't right for Clare to heat up. Clare looked at Luke and froze at him whereas Luke just didn't seem to know anything. That's annoying.

"Go home, I have business." Luke said then left with one of his bodyguards after greeting Clare's parents a bit without speaking.

"Clare, why did you come out?" shouted Gavin from inside, making Clare feel even more embarrassed.

Not hearing any response, Gavin got out of the car and was surprised to see Clare's parents froze. Obviously, they didn't believe their daughter could be with two noble men at once.

"Ladies and gentlemen, it's been a long time?" Gavin said with a grin.

Clare's parents just shook their heads slowly and the atmosphere returned to awkwardness.

"I have to go home, let's continue the game next time." Clare waved her hand awkwardly and immediately pulled her mom and dad to their car.

Clare's feelings were mixed. I don't know what's going through his parents' minds right now. The problem is there are only men in the car, if only Zoya was there, Clare wouldn't be so panicked.

They enter the car. Clare sat in the back and her parents in the front. They had buckled up, but the car wouldn't start.

"Clare." Marine reprimand made Clare surprised.

"Uh?"

"Have you eaten?" Marine asked and Clare shook her head. "Let's eat now." she said as if there was nothing wrong. Did Clare just misunderstand? Or were they just pretending The point is that Clare has been nervous about all the problems she is facing.
