Chapter 16 - Heavenly Aloha Incident

"Yes… I will take revenge for them." Tosca said, her tears stopping as she looked at Ryuuga with determination.

Lavinia recognized that gaze. It was the same look of vengeance she had seen in Ryuuga's eyes when they first met.

"Good girl, this is for you." Ryuuga smiled and handed her the Tanker Card. Tosca had no combat skills, but she had the potential to protect, like Shield Hero Naofumi.

"Thank you…" Tosca muttered, accepting the Tanker Card. As soon as she touched it, the card merged into her chest.

Lavinia, watching from the side, found Ryuuga's influence terrifying. His words could change someone's perception instantly. She knew he wasn't using any brainwashing power—his words alone were powerful enough.

"What is that?" Rias asked, intrigued by the disappearing card.

"It's called a Tanker Card—" Lavinia began explaining the Infinite Vassals System. She shared this information because she knew Rias was joining their side and there was no need to keep secrets from comrades.

"What?! It's that powerful?!" Rias was shocked upon hearing about the Infinite Vassals. No wonder Ryuuga told her to forget about using Evil Pieces. He had created a more powerful system that could enhance her abilities almost immediately.

"Well, let's go back to Arcadia." Ryuuga said, and he transported everyone there. Rias didn't even have time to ask what Arcadia was before they arrived.

Meanwhile, in the Underworld, at the Gremory Clan estate...

"Urgent! Master!" Agrippa ran into the mansion, heading straight for the study room where his master was. He burst through the door to find Zeoticus Gremory sipping tea with a young man who bore a striking resemblance to him—his son.

Yes, his only son, the current leader of the Satans, and the one who held the title of Sirzechs Lucifer.

"Agrippa? What's the matter? Why are you shouting like that?" Zeoticus frowned at the unusual behavior of Agrippa, who was typically composed and calm.

"Princess!"

"What happened to Ria-tan?!" the young man exclaimed, his excitement turning to concern. He was known for spoiling his sister, which had contributed to Rias's pampered nature.

"S-She... She ran away with someone!" Agrippa stammered, hesitant and fearful of the young man's potential reaction. If he went berserk, there was no one who could stop him.

"What?!" Zeoticus and Sirzechs exclaimed in unison.

"Who dares to mess with my sister?" Sirzechs frowned, forcing himself to stay calm. He quickly began considering which factions might be targeting her.

"They didn't mention their names, but they call themselves Exodus. Their goal seems to be making the human race the top of the supernatural food chain." Agrippa explained.

"Oh? Then why did Rias follow them?" Zeoticus was intrigued, but his primary concern was for his daughter.

"It appears the Princess followed the boy because she wants to train and become more powerful." Agrippa said.

"Hmm... I think I understand why she did this. It must be because of the engagement." Zeoticus sighed. He had been the one to arrange the engagement. His wife and son had both opposed the idea, but he had insisted on it because of the benefits.

"... Well, let her go, then. She'll have to come back to dissolve the engagement eventually." Zeoticus decided, realizing that perhaps he had spoiled her too much.

"But, father!" Sirzechs protested, not wanting to be separated from Rias for too long and eager to search for her immediately.

"Forget it, Sirzechs. Just tell the others to look for her. If they find her, bring her back home." Zeoticus said, knowing his son wouldn't let this go. He decided to keep searching for Rias, though he wouldn't make it a top priority.

Five years later.

Ryuuga is now 12 years old. Over the past five years, he's created countless new inventions. With no significant plot developments during this time, he spent most of his days idling in Arcadia or occasionally going on vacations with his maids.

He also managed to create replicas of both Sword Birth and Infinite Barrier, using them for himself. The real Sword Birth went to Karlamine, one of his Sabers. Rias received a Brawler Card, which she chose herself, and decided to become one of his vassals two years after starting her training in Arcadia.

Through his research on Rias' power, Ryuuga also learned to use the Power of Destruction. He found this ability fascinating due to its mass destruction attribute, which was one of the top attributes in his previous life.

Right, Cleria also got five more vassals for herself. As you might have guessed, their names are Mira, Ile, Nel, Ni, and Li. She really stole Riser's entire peerage.

She ran into Riser again when recruiting Ile and Nel. Even though Riser and Diodora could theoretically regrow their "pee pees" using Phoenix Tears, Cleria's use of Worthless made them impotent. So, she decided to chop off Riser's again for getting in her way. Poor Riser.

Mira was given the Lancer Card, Ni and Li were given Hunter Cards, and Ile and Nel received Smasher Cards.

While Ryuuga was mostly idle, the other girls were busy. They hunted Sacred Gear wielders around the world, though Rias, Karlamine, Lavinia, Shirone, Kuroka, Cleria, Tosca, and Akeno were exceptions.

Lavinia, Karlamine, and Tosca already had their own Sacred Gears, while Ryuuga had plans for which Sacred Gears would go to Rias, Shirone, Kuroka, Cleria, and Akeno.

Even though Rias and Cleria were pure-blooded devils, Ryuuga had his own method for integrating Sacred Gears into them. Besides, with God dead, no one would pose a problem for him since he could bypass the system rules.

Ryuuga had given them a task: to find their own Sacred Gears within three years. To achieve this, they plundered Sacred Gears from their original wielders, killing them in the process and then sealing the Sacred Gears with the Sealing Magic he taught them.

Ryuuga and the maids were all lounging in the living room, watching the news on a TV he had invented that could connect with channels outside of Arcadia.

[Two months have passed since the Heavenly Aloha Incident, and none of the students have been found. What happened to them?]

This was the news being announced. The Heavenly Aloha Incident involved the disappearance of 233 students from a school on a field trip to Hawaii. This incident had strained relations between the US and Japan. Fortunately, an organization called Utsusemi Agency provided money to the parents, helping them relocate.

"Let's go. It's time for those puny forces to start fearing us." Ryuuga said with a grin as he stood up. He knew that the grand plot was about to start. After absorbing enemies for five years, he had finally advanced to the Peak Stage Grandmaster Realm.

His current power should be on par with a normal Satan-Class Devil like Serafall Leviathan or Falbium Asmodeus. But his full strength could make him equal to Michael and Azazel.

Ryuuga is now Able to destroy entire mountain ranges with a single slash or punch. His energy is perfectly aligned with the forces of heaven and earth, granting him the ability to call forth storms, ignite flames, move mountains, and manipulate natural phenomena at will.

"Ara~ I can't wait to kill those fallen angels. Fufufu." Akeno said with a sadistic smile. She and Lavinia had just returned from training with Grauzauberer. They were now Ultimate-Class Magicians, excused from attending meetings unless specifically called by Mephisto himself.

"Hehe. I've also found Augusta's location. Seems like she's tied to that organization." Lavinia said with a laugh. Augusta was the one who killed her parents, and she wasn't going to let her off easily.

"I wonder if the exorcists and angels will show up too." Tosca said with a kind smile, though Ryuuga could sense the cold resolve in her heart. She had become stronger, driven by her desire to take down the angels and exorcists.

"Iselle." Ryuuga called, and out of nowhere, a little figure appeared on his head. She was Iselle, the AI that he created when he was just five years old.

Now, Iselle's body was not holographic anymore since she really had a body now, because he gave her a special Servant Card. What he found interesting was that only something deemed as an existence could the Servant Card be used on.

It was intriguing that an AI that he created was already deemed as an existence, because it meant that he had created her perfectly.

He also gave her a very special Servant Card, created only for her, called the Hacker Card. This Card increased overall attributes and proficiency in technologies, programming languages, and cybersecurity protocols.

"Yes! Here's the information you wanted, Master." Iselle replied with a smile and waved her hands to create several holographic panels in front of Ryuuga and the girls.

On the panel, information was listed about the Utsusemi Agency, the Heavenly Aloha Incident, the missing students, the students who didn't attend, and also about the Five Principal Clans.

Now, with the Hacker Card Ryuuga gave her, Iselle can hack into the internet beyond Arcadia, giving her access to everything online.

The Utsusemi Agency was the organization that created the Heavenly Aloha Incident. They kidnapped the students who went on the field trip and experimented on them to recreate the Four Fiends Sacred Gears.

The students who didn't attend the field trip were the possessors of the Four Fiends and the real targets of the Utsusemi Agency. But, because they didn't attend for some reason, they decided to target the other students.

The Four Fiends are a category of High-Class Independent Avatar-Type Sacred Gears that hold the spirits of Tao Wu, Tao Tie, Hun Dun, and Qiong Qi from Chinese Mythology, feared as bringers of disaster and ill-fortune.

Meanwhile, the Five Principal Clans are a group of five different families located across Japan that have been passed down for hundreds of years. Their job is to purify spirits and malevolent beings, protecting Japan from behind the scenes according to their own rules. They strictly dispose of anyone who breaks their laws.

There's one thing they particularly like to do: banish clan members who don't align with their preferences. As they're under the protection of Shinto Gods, they won't accept anyone who isn't of Shintoism, comes from a different origin like Akeno, or lacks the blessing of the gods.

The Utsusemi Agency is composed of individuals who were banished from the Five Principal Clans, and their goal is to destroy them.

The five clans are Himejima, Doumon, Kushihashi, Shinra, and Nakiri. Each of them has received the blessings of a Shinto God and commands over Five Sacred Beasts.

Himejima: Kagutsuchi and the Vermillion Bird

Doumon: Sujin and the Black Tortoise

Kushihashi: Fuujin, Raijin, and the Azure Dragon

Shinra: Takemikazuchi and the White Tiger

Nakiri: Dojin and the Yellow Dragon

Only the heir of each clan could inherit the Sacred Beasts. The Sacred Beasts and Evil Fiends are on par with each other and have been enemies in the past.

"Let's set out." Ryuuga said, and in an instant, he and the girls disappeared from Arcadia, reappearing inside Ryuuga's house in Kuoh Town.

The house had been unoccupied by Ryuuga for a while, but thanks to Daily Magic, it remained spotless. As they stepped outside one by one, a young boy around Ryuuga's age spotted them.

"Oppai! Ugh, so jealous!" he exclaimed, ogling Lavinia, Cleria, and Yubelluna's chests. Naturally, this was Hyoudou Issei, the protagonist of High School DXD.

"Master, should I kill him?" Yubelluna asked with a beautiful yet sadistic grin.

"Forget it. Let him live for now. I want to torture him later." Ryuuga replied with a smirk.

He had no intention of letting a protagonist like Issei die so easily. At the very least, he wanted to torture him first. There were three types of protagonists that made it to his death list: dense, hypocritical, and trashy. He couldn't wait to gather them all in the future and have them entertain each other.
