They were back on Set and they did not sneak in. Danielle hurried up to the Stage, knowing that the Director had said five minutes, and they had taken half an hour. But, as unusual as it was, he said nothing. Probably because the First-In-Command was there in person.
Danielle, taking a deep breath under the curious eyes that darted between her and the Boss Lady, eyed Jasmine from the corner of her eyes, giving her a slight thumbs up and Jasmine stayed motionless, getting back to her normal self except For the very slight nod of acknowledgement she sent her.
The lights were adjusted, and feeling satisfied, the Director called out, "Take 21! In five, four, three, two, action!"
"You think she'll suit you like I do?" A small smile lit up her face as she ran a hand on the hard curves of muscles beneath. "Well, think again."
She pressed herself on him, throwing all caution to the wind and letting her whole being slip into Ariel Montes as she pressed a kiss to his mouth, deepening it the instant her lips touched his and as if his thread of control had been cut short, he drew her to himself, their bodies difficult to differentiate one from the other as Danielle made her smile against his lips obvious to the camera.
"Cut!" He screamed, his face glowing at the drastic change in her act and he turned to the Boss Lady with fingers crossed.
She nodded her approval. "It's a keeper."
Little cheers erupted from here and there and Danielle flashed her a smile as she made her way down the Stage and towards her.
"You're an Angel!" Jasmine blinked, wondering why someone would ever describe her, Jasmine Reign, as an 'Angel'. She narrowed her eyes at Danielle's sanity as she walked towards someone else now.
Dylan's smirk turned a corner of his lips up slowly as he stole a glance at the Ice Statue just behind Danielle. "Whatever did she tell you?"
Her own smile grew wider. "You mean, whatever did she show me?" His brows raised at her in amusement. Just when he was about to ask, she put a hand along her own lips and whispered loudly, "it's a secret."
The next Scenes were minor ones, where the side Actors showed up with Rackel watching them secretly with suspicion from her car. And after that, other side Actors were to go again in the next couple of Scenes. Jasmine used the time to catch up on things and spend some time with the ones that were free for the time-being.
She was speaking with Danielle at the moment and trying at the same time to focus on the E-mail she was reading.
"I was surprised." She admitted. "It doesn't look like a place 'you' would ever go."
"Why? Aren't I human?"
"It's not that, it's just..." She sighed, thinking of how best to put it. "You are - permit me - Jasmine Reign, the Empress of the..."
Jasmine put up a hard to stop her extravagant description. "Don't make this weird."
Danielle chuckled at how weary she sounded, drawing more attention to them from the members of the Team. Lorins looked over, jealousy shining in her eyes.
"Just because she was taken out in the Boss's car, she thinks they can rub shoulders."
Dylan shot her a disapproving look from the side. "Cut that out, Lorins."
She froze, having been so eaten up by envy, that she didn't notice he was standing so close to her. Thus, she smiled nervously.
"It's inevitable, you see. Nature takes place once in a while." He looked over at her coldly and she looked away, turning colours from embarrassment.
The next Scenes that were to be shot had to be done outside. They chose a Location and after sticking around for a while, Jasmine had to talk with the Director. His nervous face was in front of her as she leaned on her Car.
"Ma'am?"
She stared at him. He looked too nervous for someone who was innocent, though she couldn't think of anything bad he could have done. "I want you to do something."
He looks confused. "W-What is it?"
"Lorins." His brows drew together. "Take her out the rest of the Season. Be done by the next Shoot."
The Director's eyes widened. "But, Ma'am…"
"You were never given an option."
He looked at her for a long time before he nodded with pursed lips and took his leave.
Dylan's eyes narrowed at her. Why would she take Laura out of the rest of the Season? The girl had pride issues, but he didn't think she would take that anywhere close to the CEO, so it was a bit weird she would make such an order.
She got in her Car, but not before sending him a wink. A smile tugged his lips up as he watched her drive off. She was one Hell of a weird Woman.
He walked back to the Shoot Scene, where the Director was sweating with only the thought of how to start modifying the Script. He was speaking to one of the Script-Writers with a hand to his waist.
"That is what she wants."
"But Laura has a whole lot of Scenes in the Television!" She said, tapping her feet impatiently on the floor.
The Director sighed. "I know she's like one of the Main Characters, but it's an order. From the highest authority. And she expects us to be done before the next Shoot."
"But, that's in 3 days!" A headache was coming on with all her tension. "How can we finish changing the Script for the whole Season in just… 3 days?!"
Dylan grabbed his Coat and made his way to his Car. The Shoot was already done, he was there just for the fun, and he still had things to do. He left, leaving the news for Laura's Manager to tell her. It was surely going to get to him soon.
