All the snow was gone and the valley of Tenetium was abundantly green. The rainy season was at its end and construction had officially begun.
Henry felt happy to, once again, be able to leave all the windows open and freely visit with Blade and Sylaron whenever either one of them tried to peek through the windows or the messenger hawk came inside to perch on his stand.
Warmer weather simply made Henry feel happier. His heart felt like it was in bloom just as the flowers that covered the garden beds. He felt grateful to finally be able to see the gardens in full bloom considering he had missed out the year before.
For once, the commander simply hoped that he would remain in Tenetium for the rest of the season. He wanted to oversee the construction project as much as possible. Each day there was visible progress.
Even though he wasn't able to get his hands dirty with the projects, he still made sure to ride down each day and see the progress.
