Chapter 3 Scyther!

Gray approached the injured scyther, but he didn't understand how a scyther could appear in the viridian forest's outskirts. He immediately took one potion from his backpack and applied it to Scyther. Gray then noticed that his eyes were becoming increasingly itchy, so he rubbed his eyes on a mission. He rubbed his eyes and felt something come out of them. He noticed a blue mist enveloping his body, similar to the special energy surging around the body when watching the martial artist cultivates I read in Manhwa.

This blue mist then enters the injured scyther's body, gradually removing the scyther's injury. Gray still can't believe he has another ability. The scyther is astounded by this trainer's ability, and he cannot believe that the injury he sustained while fighting the pokemon inside the viridian forest has vanished. He then points his razor-sharp scythe at Gray's Pokeball.

"You want me to catch you?" Gray asks, and Scyther nods.

"All right, here we go," Gray said, throwing the Pokeball he was holding, and a red light flashed three times, indicating Scyther's capture.

Finally! I caught my first pokemon, and it's not just any pokemon; it's a Scyther, which is quite rare. I grab the Pokeball and send out my newly captured Scyther.

"Hey Scyther, My name is Gray, and I'll be your trainer. I know I'm still weak right now, but I promise you that I will become one of the greatest trainers in the world, if not the greatest of them all, and we will show them the might of the bug type pokemon!" Gray said.

*Scytheer!

Gray then recalled Scyther into his Pokeball to pack their belongings because it was getting dark and you didn't want to be near the Viridian Forest when it was getting dark. Gray hurriedly packs his belongings and rushes to their house.

Gray opened the door to see his father in the kitchen preparing their dinner. Normally, his father would just go out and buy something after work, but today was special, so his father wanted to surprise Gray and cook him his favourite dishes.

"Welcome Home, son," my father said, before following up with a question: "Have you caught a Pokemon?" " is it a weedle or a caterpie?"

I then sent out Scyther for my father to see.

When my father saw Scyther, he was taken aback and asked, "Where did this Scyther come from?" " How did you get it?

"I found Scyther injured on the outskirts of Viridian Forest, I treated his injury with the potion I brought, and in exchange he wants me to be his trainer," Gray explained to his father. Gray did not tell his father about his new found cheat because why the heck would he?

"Okay then, have you fed Scyther yet? I'm pretty sure he's still hungry even though he's fine now," Gray's Father asked.

"I completely forgot hehe" I scratched the back of my head and told my father.

I instantly grabbed the cheap bug-type pokeblocks from my backpack and placed some in a bowl for Scyther to eat.

"Sorry, scyther, this is all I can afford right now," gray explained, "but after I save more money, I promise to feed you high-quality pokeblocks."

Gray returns to his room after they have all eaten,

and is now pondering on how to train Scyther and improve his combat skills. He's also thinking about how he may better his own abilities, particularly his blue energy talent, which he has yet to name. Gray fell asleep in a stupor with so many ideas running through his head.

Gray arrived at school in the blink of an eye as a new day began. Gray sat in his seat, hoping that this class would end soon so that he could go to the outskirts of Viridian Forest to begin Scyther's training.

"Gray, I heard you captured your first Pokémon yesterday?" Daphne, his seatmate, inquires.

"Yes, it's a scyther" Gray replied

"Scyther?" Daphne was taken aback. What makes you so fortunate? "I wish I had caught a scyther as well," Daphne lamented.

"What Pokemon did you catch?" Gray ask

" It's an oddish" Daphne replied

"Yes finally the class ended, i can finally go train!" Gray stated

He arrived at the viridian forest's outskirts after 5 minutes of walking.

"Come out, Scyther" Gray send out Scyther

"Scyther are you ready to train?"

"Well, since you're ready, let's get started."

"First, let's run 5 laps around this forest of trees," Gray said, and then he ran.

Scyther chased after his trainer when he saw him running. Scyther has a pair of legs and feet, wings, and a base speed of 105, thus he can't be slow.

Scyther did well for the first three laps, but his speed dropped noticeably on the fourth lap. When Gray noticed this, he cheered Scyther by the side, and Scyther persevered until the final lap, which he completed. Gray noticed Scyther was fatigued, so he took a cup from his backpack, filled it with water, and blended it with honey. When Scyther noticed it, he approached Gray right away.

Gray took a break next to Scyther. He was obviously exhausted. One lap around the forest equals approximately one killometer. This is an improvement over his previous life, in which he was already exhausted after running a kilometer.

Gray walks over to Scyther after he has finished resting and says, "We're done with the physical training, so let's start your Ability training then." Scyther squeaked, "scytherrr!" Scyther was exhausted and refused to practice any longer. But in the end, Scyther agreed after Gray promised to give it something tasty after their training.

Gray then tried to activate his ability to try and see the learned moves of scyther.

Potential: Blue

Moves: Leer, Quick Attack, Wing Attack, Fury Cutter, False Swipe, Double Team(Innate Talent)

"Scyther, use the Fury Cutter into this tree, and only stop when you're tired."

Scyther then began spamming Fury Cutter into that tree without stopping, and after a while, he finally cut down the tree that he was hitting.

"Good Job Scyther," said Gray

He then gave scyther another water with blended honey to drink.
