My brother thanked her before turning to me agains

"Set a meeting with the team involved there. Return the copy to me later," he said as he began to scan the other papers as well.

"Is that the only one due next week?" he asked again.

"Yes, Sir. Some are just small projects so I can handle it," I answered.

"Okay. You may go now, baby," he said.

I rolled my eyes again. He couldn't drop the 'baby'. Seriously, we're at work. He should be professional to me, at least or treat me as his regular employee. Even if we're siblings.

I went back to our department so I can assemble a meeting with the team tasked for Narvaez Industries.

Sure is a busy day and hell, I love what I'm doing. As long as I live what I'm doing, I won't mind getting sleepless.

"The notice was given to us just this Monday, Ma'am," one of the architect said.

"Okay, then. Just make sure everything will flow smoothly, alright?" I said and stood up.
