Chapter 55: Why You

The three old men he's with nodded in agreement. I smiled at him despite what I'm feeling right now.

"Yes, Mr. Narvaez. That's what our designs are for. We provided simple and unique designs. And in fact these are just samples," I glanced at William so he could present the next slides but Lucas spoke again.

"Samples? So you expect us to schedule another meeting for your new designs? And so we can finalize?" he said critically.

I grew silent. I only did what they asked me to do. I know that this is just the first meeting but I still tried my best to make samples even though the target designs and clients aren't clear to us yet.

"Do you even know when this projects' gonna start? Or do you even have any idea who are our target clients,? Hmmm?"

Lucas clasped his hands together as he leaned his elbow on the table. He never mind the presentation nor the now quiet room as he gazed at me and wait for my answer.
