Chapter 43: Impossible

I glanced at them, shocked and confused. Thy were just smiling at me, though.

That can't be true, right? Allanis is my most trusted and close friend. She wouldn't betray me like that! Besides, she likes Calvin so it's impossible she is dating Lucas.

"What is it?" I asked when the three of my brothers entered my room.

It's already evening and I just got home from shopping for clothes and more things. I'm actually tired already and just wanted to relax but it seems like these three monkeys won't let me.

"Wait, let me guess," I stopped them. "Jiana, we just want you to have a better future," I mimicked Jedric's words to me this morning.

Joaquin bursted laughing while Jerich smiled. They only stopped when our eldest glared at them before gazing at me with dark warning eyes.

"No, we just want to check on you," he said.

I laughed sarcastically. "Really? Or maybe more like check on mu decision?" They didn't respond so I continued.
