Going through wind ring

The sun is rising. We all moved toward the mountain and left the restroom. And I carried my shield again with a blue aura flowing to my body.

Dai: "Excuse me... Mr. Grel."

Arhi and Fasmel were shocked since it was their first-time hearing Dai Ca calling me with Mr. instead of the young prince, while we walking toward the mountain. We were already outside the small city. Kiwi forcedly moves her eyelid from top to bottom so she can wake up completely. And we walk near the sea on the right side of us. There's a sound of ocean waves we can hear from here.

Fasmel: "Wowowow... When you get this close huh?"

Fasmel with a suspicious expression.

Grel: "Hey don't be rude. I asked her to call my name after a long time. I'm way happier getting called that." I'm smiling toward the sky. Fasmel just gives me a flat expression and looks at me while walking.

Dai: "I'm sorry... But I'll promise to call Mr. Grel in a formal way again when we were inside the mansion."

Grel: "That's fine... You-" I paused my word.

Wait... I can let my father know if I get called like that... He was probably going to kick her out due to rude behavior. *While imagining how raging my father will be.

Grel: "I- I think that's a good idea ahaha..."

Dai: "Ummm... Excuse me Mr. Grel. Did you mention my name while talking to Liao Lin yesterday?"

Grel: "Ah... Yes... I think if we did not mention your name, we couldn't talk to her."

Dai Ca smiled after hearing it.

Dai: "I see..."

Arhi: "Why do people call her Mrs. though?"

Dai: "Well, not all people called her that before. She is actually way older than us."

We were just confused hearing it.

Arhi: "What?"

Dai: "Yes... I remembered her birthday and she was 33 years old right now."

Fasmel, Arhi, and I: "What???"

Fasmel: "That old age with the small body?"

Arhi: "I don't expect it."

Grel: "I think I should call her Mrs. later..."

Kiwi was looking at the sea on the right side. She was already ahead of us and she was standing still looking in the sea direction.

Dai: "I think if she accepted someone to get inside. She would like to call by her name."

Fasmel: "Is that true?"

Dai: "Yes..."

Arhi: "I remembered she said you were her childhood friend though."

Dai: "Ah yea we were childhood friends. I thought she was the same age as me back then until I found out it was just her body."

Dai: "I was trying to apologize to her. But she insists on keeping calling by her name."

Dai: "And also..."

She paused for a moment.

Dai: "If Mr. Grel doesn't mind, can I get some weapons after this?"

Grel: "Weapon? You can fight?"

Dai: "Yes..."

Grel: "I thought you did not have power with you this long time."

Fasmel: "Oooh! I remember she had unique skill back then..."

Flashbacking where Dai was walking in Might Kingdom and she is still younger. Then suddenly someone running with his head covered up toward Dai Ca tries to touch and steal the pocket from her. Fasmel from afar watching it and she is also still young.

Fasmel: "Lady! Watch out!"

Dai quickly noticed the bandit was already touching her pocket, and she quickly tackled him and hit his neck pretty hard. It makes the bandit knock out and fall to the ground. She quickly grabbed a small knife she carried and pointed it near his neck.

Dai: "Ah... He knocks out."

Fasmel watching from afar was so inspired to see Dai Ca doing such a thing.

Scene back where we keep walking.

Dai: "About that... I just protected myself against some bandit when I was having a job in Might Kingdom."

Fasmel: "That's still impressive with the young age of yours you know... I never expected that move."

Grel: "So you want a weapon? We already out from the small city though."

Dai: "It's still near so I can run a little bit from here."

Grel: "Hmmm... Alright."

Dai bowed at me and then ran slowly back toward the small city. Kiwi saw her running making her tail wiggling. She then ran toward Dai Ca and chased her, with eyes locked on her moving leg.

Arhi: "Kiwi! Be careful!"

She is still chasing her. We stopped our steps and waited for them both to go back.

It did not take a long time and they both came back and ran slowly toward us. Kiwi grabbed her leg while she was running. And she was holding some long weapons with her. Its color is white from the bottom to the top. The handle was long. Definitely not a sword like I've been watching. There's a circular hole on the bottom right below the handle.

Dai: "Sorry to be waiting for you Mr. Grel."

Fasmel: "So what is that? I had never seen this sword before."

Dai: "This was a sword from our small city. It's called the wushu sword."

She shows us the wushu sword so we can inspect them closely.

Dai: "I have this one with me in my bedroom. It was given to me by my own mother."

Dai: "She told me I can use it since she is already old to wield it."

Fasmel looked at the weapon from top to bottom. Kiwi still grabbed her leg. Dai just let her grab her leg like that.

Grel: "Oooh. So, it's a power blessed. I see..."

Dai: "Yes..."

Her left hand was holding the bottom side of the weapon and her right hand was holding near the tip of the handle of the weapon. I think that's how they hold this weapon.

Then we walked back again. We finally reached the same spot where we stopped at an onsen house. And we crossed the bridge. Kiwi was holding Dai Ca's hand while she carried her weapon on her back. Kiwi tries to hide from the onsen house for some reason.

Grel: "Why is she scared?"

Dai: "I'm not sure."

Fasmel: "Ummm... It is probably because of that I think."

Arhi: "Yea. Let's just bring food before we go there again."

Fasmel: "Yea."

Dai and I were confused about it. But we still keep walking.

The more we walk toward the top of the mountain. The colder it goes for some reason.

And we reached the end of the road, and in front of us is a huge cliff. We were still not on top yet. The road is snowy and it's really cold.

Arhi: "Is this cold happening because of the wind above us?"

We were looking up and the wind ring surrounding the mountain was right above us. While Kiwi's body is trembled due to the cold temperature. Then Fasmel warmed her up by touching her. Her sword is infused with a red aura. Seems like she infused it with her power and it warms Kiwi.

Grel: "Hmmm... The road ends here. Is there a road above us?"

Looking at the wind. Its color is green and cloudy. We can't see through it. Ahri steps up to the edge of the road right beside the cliff. She picks her bow from her back and picks one of the arrows from her back too. Then she aims on top of her.

Arhi: "Level ½... Arrow enhancement." The tip of the arrow becomes infused with a yellow aura. Then she shoots it. It shoots like a normal arrow sound getting shot.

The arrow goes up quickly then it just goes through the wind ring like nothing happened. We waited for a second looking at the wind ring.

Grel: "So, what happened?"

Arhi: "I was checking if the wind is safe or not."

Then she raises her left hand while still carrying her bow with her right hand. The arrow shot before going through the wind ring again from above. She catches that arrow with her left hand. Then she looks at the arrow. The arrow is still infused on the tip, but half of the arrow is broken for some reason. The arrow depleted after a moment she touched it. Then she looks up again. The broken part missing was going down. That part is splatted going through the wind ring, and it flies down to the other side. Seems the wind blew it up since the broken arrow part was lightweight.

Arhi: "We should use our infusion to go through the wind."

She throws the half arrow she held to the ground. So, the wind is kind of dangerous and damaging if we go through without any protection.

Grel: "Alright..." I tapped all of the girl's soldiers once. Including Kiwi while she enjoyed getting near Fasmel's sword.

Grel: "Level 7... Group defense." Then all of the girls have my small blue aura flowing through their bodies, including their weapons. Of course, there's an invisible shield surrounding them all too. Kiwi looks surprised with their body. She freaks out thinking she was getting burned alive after warming too near to Fasmel's sword. Dai Ca tries to calm her down by touching her head.

Grel: "Alright..."

I'm thinking for a moment about the next cool instruction I will give.

...

I had none.

Grel: "How are we going to jump this high?"

Both Fasmel and Arhi were disappointed listening to that word from me.

Fasmel: "I thought you knew what to do, to be honest..."

Arhi: "Me too..."

Grel: "Ummm... Sorry about that..."

Then Dai Ca walked toward me from behind.

Dai: "I can help with this."

We all turned around and looked at her.

Grel: "You can?"

Dai nodded. Then she picked her weapon from her back and held it with both her hands.

Dai: "Can someone go through the wind ring and find some road first please?"

Grel: "Hmmm... I can't jump that high with my power."

Then Fasmel and Arhi looked at each other.

Arhi: "Alright... I can do it."

Then Arhi took a few steps backward.

Arhi: "Level 5... Power enhancement." Her body becomes infused with a yellow aura. The yellow aura was inside my blue aura.

Then she jumped really fast and she went through the wind ring.

Then there's some little rock falling down from the cliff.

Arhi: "I Found it!" She yells out from above the wind ring.

Dai: "Alright... then please hold my soldier."

Fasmel and I looked at each other first. Then we touched and held her soldier.

Kiwi: "How about me?"

Dai: "You can just touch my leg Kiwi."

Kiwi smiled and nodded. But then she jumped hugging her leg again.

Dai: "Level 1... Quick dashed."

Then we quickly disappeared from below the surface and suddenly appeared behind Arhi's back. Arhi was looking down waiting for us while her aura was still flowing, surprised after we teleported behind her.

Arhi was startled because of it.

Arhi: "Ho-How you do it?"

Dai: "This skill allows me to dash behind the target. It is just a common skill for evading surprise attacks."

Fasmel: "Hooo! Are you really hiding something from you? That is cool! Even my teleportation skill requires high power consumption!"

Dai: "Ummm... My quick dashed is only used one time, unlike your Fasmel..."

Fasmel: "But that is still useful!"

While they're both talking. I'm looking around above the wind ring. The cold temperature has disappeared and the snow part is also gone. The cold was really because of the wind ring. We are above the cloud. And we could see the white clouds around us. We were on the road again and it still goes up. We seem to need to keep walking after this. The green grass was greener than the grass we have always seen. Kiwi still closing her eyes thinking we haven't jumped yet.

Dai: "Kiwi?"

Then Kiwi opened up her eyes slowly and noticed we were already on the top of the wind ring. She got down and loosened her grip on Dai Ca's leg and looked at the white cloud.

Kiwi: "Woooww!" She was really excited looking at it.
