While Alex looked around Griffin's lair found pictures of different Paladins one of them was someone he recognized Mary Rice or Drake now is a high ranking Paladin and also David's mother compared to Griffin father who ran from the Organization, this woman abandoned not only his son but also remarried and had another daughter Sophie Drake.

She separated her husband and son when he was five years old, as she discovered he had the ability to jump.Alex felt Mary was afraid of was losing her lifestyle because instead she to this day continues to be a paladin, the number of people she killed children, women....etc is big in numbers.

Griffin asked, "So they came after idiot David because they thought he is one of you guy?"

Alex nodded and explained, "Yeah Davids stunts attracted the Mog's attention,also I am sure they will send more if they find out the fact Jumper have Loric blood in them."

Griffin was surprised and asked"So you mean we are kinda of have alien blood in us."Six nodded and said"Yes you have Loric blood even if it is diluted.Also the paladins also have Loric blood,since the first Jumper and Paladin were from the same family."

Griffin was disgusted hearing he was somehow had blood connections with the paladins as he said"Ohhh I am going be sick."

Griffin really didn't like the fact he was somehow related to Roland even is it very distant it was still their,also Griffin questioned"So these Mogs have been hunting you guys down since you came to earth?"

Six nodded as Alex told him everything

he knew also decided to reveal what he found about Griffin"While I was searching for more information about David,I came became curious about how your family knew about Paladins and how they were able to keep themselves out of Paladins radar."Griffin's eyes widened as he himself questioned how his parents knew about Jumpers and how they had the money to move around so much.

Alex explained"Your father was a Paladin his name was Robert O'Conner and he was one of the few Paladins who was against the killing of Jumpers and family like their kids, wife, father, brother...etc.Your father knew the moment you made your first Jump at the age of 5 they will hunt you and kill you. Instead of abandoning you, he ran away with you and your mother. When the Paladins attacked the first time he knew chances of them escaping are low,so when the Paladins came for them so they called your Mother's brother Sam to look for you,while telling you to Jump to the Empty quarter. Your father knew you would be taken care of by Sam who found you there."

Griffin was shocked and was tearing up and wavering tone said"So my old man was a paladins, which explains his knowledge about Jumpers.You know now I think about it he could easily given me up to the Paladins or kill me himself and return to his life, instead, he chose to run and sacrifice his life for me."Griffin felt sad and also proud of the fact his father didn't take the coward's way out and stood with his family.

Alex nodded as Griffin smiled said"It seems I am too emotional."as he jumped away.While Six who heard everything asked, "Will he be alright??"

Alex gave Six a reassuring smile and said"He will be fine.But did you ask Hilde and Conrad to get David's father out of his home."

Six nodded and said"They have already moved him from their,Also they told me that first Mogs showed up and then an hour later Roland showed up.Both checked the place"Alex knew they would first go to David's father's home.

While Griffin soon returned he seemed to have returned to his previous self as he asked"So did that idiot come here again?"

Alex shook his head and replied, "No, it seems he has problems in his love life."

Griffin chuckled as they soon started discussing the Paladins and Mogs. Griffin wanted to know if these Mogs had any particular weaknesses.Well it didn't take long as the very moment David appeared in the room as he with panicky voice said"I need your help.Those people came looking for my father, they burned the house down and he is now missing."

Alex frowned and said"I was able to get your father out before any of them showed up, also your father is safe."

David sighed in relief as he asked"So what us the plan?"Griffin was confused and questioned"What plan?"David answered, "i as thinking that if we do this together,we could get both Roland and the Mogs.I only got eight hours before Mille's flight lands in"

Griffin laughed and said"No, leave them to us. You think you can take a Roland the whole Paladin organization in 8 hours."Six looked at David as if he is an idiot and added"Also the Mogadorian are working with US govt there are maybe thousands of them,also the moment their eyes fell on you and your powers all of their people know about you. It won't be long before they name you as terrorist or something."

Griffin glared at the idiot and said"I have been tracking Roland for ten years and you think you can find him in what 8 hours."Griffin showed a scar on his neck and said"You see this? Our first run in Nepal. You should see the one he gave me back in Prague."

Alex sighed and said, "We can help you with your girlfriend, but don't think you can take out the Mogs and paladins in just eight hours so your girlfriend could be safe."
