Reincarnation

Helen cried a lot that time .

The God broke the silence by saying, "I am going to reincarnate you. Do you have any wish in your mind? "

After having some thought, she replied, " Then don't reincarnate me in the Earth again. I have seen a lot of evils there. This time I want to take birth in a different world , something like parallel earth. "

She smiled and nodded.

Helen coughed and cleared her throat before continuing as if she was hesitating to say it. " I also want to have the power of healing. " She diverted her eyes, trying to avoid facing her in her eyes.

" Ok I can do that but you will only get your healing powers after you turn eighteen. "

Slowly Helen started getting drowsy as if she drank a sweet wine.

The God continued, " And remember you will also find a route to heaven and sins. It is totally upto you, what you will choose."

Helen asked in a half conscious state, why she was granting her a wish. She did not even do anything that good before she died.

For which the God just smiled instead of giving an appropriate answer. The faint image of her smiling face was the last thing she saw before she fell in a deep sleep.

The next time she opened her eyes, she found herself in a complete different environment. As she rolled her eyes back and forth she found grand chandeliers, a floor made up of white shiny marvel . Her hands and legs were quite small. It was natural because she was just born. An woman with eyes which resembles sweet blue lake and hair like golden sun, such a splendid beauty! She was like a living portrait. As she was newly born her vision was blurry but still she could understand that this woman was mother in this life. As for the rest of the members.. Before she could have a good sight of them she fell asleep again. Damn baby body indeed!

[ At birth, a newborn's eyesight is between 20/200 and 20/400. Their eyes are sensitive to bright light, so they're more likely to open their eyes in low light. ]

But there was something fishy.

All the maids that she saw for the past one week were maintaining such a poker face. There were no signs of emotions on there face at all. He slowly came near the cradle. When he looked at her she started giving puppy eyes to him.
