The Moon and stars

"Who is going to tell me how to write this program?" Evan challenged the students. The silence was all detected. Suddenly, A boy lifts his hands. He was indecisive in lifting his hand and led an expression of, "Will I be able to do it?".

"Yes, You" Evan called him up. The little boy nonchalantly walks up to the board and starts writing the program. After some time, He shows what he could do. "Sir-r, It's done." He said as he put the marker down. "Hmm" Evan carefully inspected the program written.

"What's your name?"Evan asked. "Hunter." The little boy muttered again. "Go back to your seat, You did well," Evan said as he passed on to another topic. Hunter sat on his seat as he tried to hold his happiness from solving the program.

Hunter was an ordinary 12-year-old child. He had few friends who he could call when in need. All he did was studying, talking to parents, playing with friends, and sleeping. He was not a prodigy, nor was he a perfectionist. Hunter was just a child, Who did everything to be just himself.

Hunter never worried about anything. He wasn't afraid of the future because he was not assuming of the future. All he wished for was nothing.

It was sports day. Where Evan was busy with other teachers, Hunter was with his other friends, standing on the ground beside few children. Hunter, for the first time, wanted something, and that was to win the race. "Ready!.......Set!...............GO!" The sports teacher shouted.

Hunter tried his best to run. He ran as fast as he was capable of, yet he didn't win. Hunter was anxious and discouraged in himself. He was comparing himself to The other kids who won the race. Evan saw the disappointment and sudden comparison inside Hunter.

Evan suddenly thought of the journal sheet he read yesterday.

Evan sighs and moves towards Hunter. "Don't lose your stars, in search of the moon," Evan said as he reassured the sad kid.
