Gaius ordered the maids to remove anything they know could kill someone out of the house. They needed to be very careful in order not to make any mistakes. It's not the first time Alex has killed one of them though.
Alex got to his car, "Buss, lock the pool and guard it for the day, make sure my wife doesn't get close to it!" He said to one of his men. "Yes sir!" Buss replied. When Hazel spoke to him, he actually wanted to think she was joking but he felt desperation with the way she spoke. And something tells him she'd do something stupid.
"Buss!" He called again and the man ran towards him. "Keep a keen eye on my wife!" He ordered before getting into the car and the chauffeur drove off.
I got into the bathroom took my bath, got dressed and walked out of the room wearing a knitted biege pink dress. I tied my hair and went to the kitchen. I've decided to make that monster kill me, if he doesn't, I would do it myself. I wasn't thinking straight anymore, all I wanted now was to die.
