Chapter 321- Reconciliation

----

Six months earlier:

After Zain's return from the hospital, the Bennetti mansion had been a place of healing and reunion. Zain was still recuperating, but the love and support from Rizi and his close ones made each day brighter.

One day, as Zain was resting in his room reading a book, Leo knocked gently on the door.

"Come in," Zain called, his voice warm but tinged with the weariness of recovery.

Leo entered, his small steps tentative but determined. "Hi, Can we talk?"

Zain looked at his son who was exact replica of him and his heart tugged seeing him jittery and nervous. He knew the conversation was due. Rizi confronted him about the Donor thing and although he was shocked, Zain felt relieved now that the cat was out of the bag.

"Of course, Leo," Zain replied, patting the space beside him on the bed. "Come, sit with me, Son."
