CHAPTER21: ALEISANDRA VS GRAYMOND

I released my aura along with a burst of Cosmic energy which made Aleisandra to flew back a few meters away from me.

"Lady Aleisandra!"

Miranda worriedly called for her master. Aleisandra reached her hand out towards Miranda and a dark chain burst it's way towards her. The chain quickly reached Miranda's neck and strangled her.

Miranda made futile struggle of releasing the chain off her neck but the chains keep encircling her body like it was about to put Miranda inside a cocoon of dark chains.

I used my celestial step and appeared to slash the dark chain with my long sword imbued with both Cosmic and Celestial energy making it glowed with golden aura.

The chain broke and faded releasing Miranda.

"Call for the other Gods help! Quickly!"

I shouted on Miranda which she hesitantly obeyed. Pairs of grey wings appeared on her back and grey feathers protruded all over her body. She flew out of the castle and out of the planet.

"Now you care for her? How I envy her. I should have squashed her."

She muttered. I was stunned discerning what was the meaning behind her threatening sentence. 5 dark chains burst out of her dark wings hastily making its way to me.

Instead of encircling me, the chains pierced my body. What's this? I felt like I'm being weakened.

"DRAIN EFFECT APPLIED"

THE monotonous female voice notified me. Aleisandra's words? What does she mean? I need to find out the answer!

I released another burst of Cosmic and Celestial energy shattering the chains again. This time I appeared instantly in front of her. I quickly captured her neck.

"You should run away."

She warned me in an evil tone. Her face is expressing that she enjoying what's happening but her tears flowing from her voided eyes didn't express the same.

"Aleisandra, what's happening to you!"

I asked worriedly but she struck her hands right into my abdomen.

I quickly stepped back from her. There's a wound in my abdomen releasing golden trails of fading energy. It's not just my body but my soul too was injured by that attack.

Her left arm now are covered with condensed dark energy. It's so dark that I can't tell if I'm seeing it as a color or just nothingness.

Why is she crying? I thought she's just challenging me.

'Use 100 points to acquire appraisal!' I muttered in my mind.

-A curse born along with an offspring of Demon and Angel. It will make the host grow stronger by absorbing it's sanity. When binded or locked, the effect is increased and strengthen multiplying the inborn dark energy when prolonged. The curse has been converted into a skill by the system.

"Aleisandra! Stop this now! Your destroying yourself!"

I shouted before enlarging my body transforming me into a giant lion with gold hazing claws. I concentrated my Celestial energy in my arms and then release 10 golden chains rushing their way to Aleisandra.

The golden chains transformed into a cage suppressing the energies released by Aleisandra and also stopping her movements by the pressure of the opposing energies.

"SPELL: GOLDEN CELESTIAL CAGE CREATED"

She shouted a long mourn of pain. Aleisandra, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have made you feel like a fragile being without knowing your circumstances. The truth is I love you. But I can't express it because of my pride.

I thought that the only way I can talk with you is by angering you. But I'm just protecting my pride and waiting for you to give up and say you love me. I'm a no man because of that.

Mortals believe that man's should always express their love to their woman so that their woman will love them back. I thought that it was foolish for I believe that those powerful should not do such soft things.

I didn't realise that I was just being coward by my feelings. The only thing I know is I'm happy when your angry with me. I want to feel every emotions that you can express to me. That's why I'm gonna save you!

"Aleisandra! I admit that you are really strong! But I will still save you! No matter what!"

I shouted then held my fingers on her chest. She was now as small as my hand in this form. I pierced her chest and channels my energy to locked her soul again with my powers.

"SPELL: GOLDEN BINDING SPELL CREATED"

"GOLDEN BINDING SPEL NULLIFIED"

What! The golden celestial cage too was destryoed and my hands was filled with hundreds of crawling dark chains quickly engulfing my whole right arms.

"GLUTTONOUS DARKNESS CHAINS SPELL HAS BEEN CASTED"

My I clawed the chains off my right arms but the chains engulfed my claws too quickly covering my left arm!

Now both my arms are impaired. I can't move and the chains are now reaching my shoulders. I glanced again at Aleisandra but her face was now voided with emotions too.

I failed! I can't save Aleisandra and I'm gonna die without saving her. This is the worst! I can't let this end this way! Aleisandra!

Two light-blue slashes appeared in front of my vision. One hits Aleisandra and the other one hits the lumps of chain which made the chains on my body slowly fade.

"Enomal! What are you doing?"

I angrily shouted. The thin boy with two transparent swords innocently gazed at me.

"Saving you from this monster?"
