14: Rankings Dispute

"Okay! Next, we'll go over the starting rankings of each class."

When she said that a projected screen popped up behind her that showed the class rankings of class F.

"These are the rankings of class F. class C, B, and A will be displayed in a similar manor. Class S will have the top ten read aloud."

There were intense thoughts throughout the crowd as they saw their rankings. Happy, sad, angry, and displeasure were all reactions shown by different people. It soon came down to the top ten in class S.

"Number Ten in Class S is Kara Zephyr. Cultivation Level- Priest Intermediate.

Number Nine is Walker Tate. Cultivation Level- Priest Intermediate.

Number Eight is Jackson Dracula. Cultivation Level- Priest Advanced.

Number Seven is Bruno Baxtler. Cultivation Level- Priest Advanced.

Number Six is Lilith Abyssiline. Cultivation Level- Rook Beginner.

Number Five is Helene Diolia. Cultivation Level- Rook Beginner.

Number Four is Victor Leone. Cultivation Level- Rook Beginner.

Number Three is Seraphina Bloom. Cultivation Level- Rook Beginner.

Number Two is Aurielle Silverleaf. Cultivation Level- Rook Intermediate."

"WWHAT!!??"

"How come she is not first Louise!? This doesn't make any sense!?"

"Yeah why am I not first?! Like my mother said, I placed first in the entrance exams so why am I not first!?" Both Aurielle Silverleaf and her mother Rhiannon were stunned by the fact that Aurielle was not first.

"Fine. I guess it's just easier for the man to come up and show you his status for himself. You're so stubborn that you won't understand unless you see for yourself. Come up here, Alexander Holt.

Aurielle POV

When the headmaster said this, I was thinking: 'what could this man offer that I don't? I mean he is a little handsome, but besides that what could he do? I mean, I've never heard of this man and if he was genius, I would of heard of him at least one time. Just who is this man?'

Alexander POV

Alexander walked up to the stage slowly as the reality of him showing his status to everyone slowly became a reality.

"Do I really have to do this headmaster?"

"Well.. no. You could also challenge our S class rank two in a duel. Are you fine with that?"

"Yeah, that's fine. But, can I have a hour to get ready? After all, I'm not prepared for a duel right now."

"That's fine. Just be back here in an hour ready for a duel."

"Alright thanks headmaster! I'll be going now!"

After I said that I went back to my room and prepared for the duel and less than an hour later, I was in the school training grounds about to fight for rank one.
