No More Time
As the survivors of the shelter fought valiantly against Destruction's army, the ground beneath them and the world around them began to tremble. At first, it was a subtle vibration barely noticeable amidst the chaos of battle. But then the tremors grew stronger, shaking the very foundations of the shelter.
Aerathorn paused for a moment, feeling the unsettling rumble beneath his feet.
"What's happening?" he muttered, eyes scanning the battlefield. The Frostborn Elves, still engaged in combat, also noticed the shifting earth and exchanged worried glances.
Martin, wielding his sword against a particularly vicious creature, felt the tremor and looked skyward. The portal from which Destruction's army had emerged flickered ominously, its dark energy pulsating with an even greater intensity.
"Brace yourselves!" he shouted. "Something big is coming!"
