The outside world of darkness!

There were no female betas or alphas present in the gang, otherwise their fate would also be no different from omegas.

And the male betas were slightly useful because of their physical strength but compared to alphas, they were still weak.

Omegas who are naturally weaker compared to alphas and betas become the common prey of evil people.

The atmosphere in the lounge was full of excitement for a whole, and everyone was sure that Lu Wuqi and the family of three would definitely come back within ten minutes at most. At that time, they would have to beg for mercy at their feet but no one would be spared.

After Lu Wuqi and The three of them came out of the small apartment building, they were immediately enveloped into a world of darkness.

After all, it is the end of the world and almost a week has passed. The lights and electricity has already been cut off from the world. 

There was boundless darkness outside the apartment building. There were hundreds of cars outside the scattered in a messy state. Some of these cars still had zombies inside which were trapped there. Many cars were overturned. The smell of burning and the smoke were continuously coming out from everywhere.

The once prosperous city was now dead silent. With only the occasional groans of zombies from everywhere. 

Only good thing was that the zombies near the apartment building were cleared by the Ling Long's gang as they wanted to set up a base here. Thanks to that, Lu Wuqi and the three didn't encounter any zombies for the time being.

Lu Wuqi tightened her hands on the kitchen knife as she could feel the dreadness of the current situation of this world. She was ready to take Yun Qingyue and the child and leave the premises of the apartment building as soon as possible. She wanted to go as far away as possible so that she wouldn't encounter the gang of Ling Long anytime soon.

And she was sure that with the help of the system, she will be able to become powerful enough so that the next time they met, She could finally end his miserable life for all the disgusting acts he has till now done.

Lu Wuqi was extremely cautious of her surroundings and didn't dare to be distracted for even a single moment.

At this time, She stretched out her hand and dragged Yun Qingyue towards the vast darkness but Yun Qingyue was obviously resistant towards her touch and immediately struggled to break free from her. But because she was holding the child in her arms, it was inconvenient to twist her arms and she could only let herself be dragged away by Lu Wuqi.

"Let go of me!" Yun Qingyue said to Lu Wuqi with a death glare and Lu Wuqi immediately stopped before saying a very serious tone,

"If you don't want us to die in vain then place follow me quickly."

Her words were obviously said to frighten her but Yun Qingyue felt strange hearing her words. Her polite word and the way she spoke as well as the fearless eyes of hers gave Yun Qingyue a very different feelings from the original Lu Wuqi.

The original Lu Wuqi was never so polite towards her nor could she be so fearless in such a dark environment where the threat of the zombies were significantly higher.

Yun Qingyue was in a daze because of her thoughts and she was involuntarily pulled by Lu Wuqi before she felt that there was no need for her to struggle to break free. After all, she has a child in her arms and with her pitifully weak self, there was nothing she could do. 

Seeing her suddenly become quite, Lu Wuqi looked towards her but in the darkness, she could only see a faint outline of her under the moonlight. But at this moment, Lu Wuqi felt that Yun Qingyue was sad?!

At that moment, Yun Qingyue couldn't go but feel just how powerless and useless she was. She couldn't even protect her child by herself and had to constantly rely on others.

Looking at the kitchen knife in Lu Wuqi's hand, she felt that maybe she will die a little later or maybe at the end, she will have to really send herself to Ling Long's bed. Yun Qingyue's heart has already turned cold in such a messy world. And she knew that it was her fortune to live another day with a bit of dignity.

At this point, The system which has been silent all this time suddenly spoke in Lu Wuqi's mind in it's mechanical voice,

"Host! The RV system may not be able to help you much now because you have not created an RV yet but the initial functions can still scan for danger around the host in a 20 meters radius."

Hearing the contents of it's voice, Lu Wuqi was surprised for a moment before she couldn't help but be thankful and said in an urgent tone,

"Then, please keep this function on at all times. Immediately inform me if there is any dangerous elements around me."

"Order received Host!" The system immediately said before it went silent again.
