Time flows steadily.
My daily routine includes eating, playing with Saki all day, teaching her new games, and then massaging our mother when she returns.
However, after the three of us started to have a bath together, it became quite distracting to bathe with my mother. After all, I'm not her biological child, not to mention I have the soul of a teenage boy.
Nonetheless, I'm glad that my body is not developed; otherwise, it would have made things more awkward. As for Saki, I have no romantic interest in her at the moment and prefer to let her grow up naturally.
Anyway, the next few days, the same things unfold after the three of us sleep. But the routing shifts when it's time for Saki and me to attend school.
I'm not particularly excited about going to school with those immature boys. It's definitely not an experience I'm looking forward to.
In this world, there are three years of elementary school, three years of junior school, three years of middle school, and three years of high school. The main story begins in high school, which means that it will start nine years later.
I am not certain if I will meet other heroines in elementary school, but I hope I do.
On that day, when I arrived at school with a nervous Saki, who was holding my hand tightly, I went to the board to check which class I was in.
"Please let me be in the class with little bro."
"Please let me be in the class with little bro."
"Please let me be in the class with little bro."
Saki kept on muttering these words with her eyes closed while I couldn't help but feel warm in my heart as I led her to the board hoping that it would happen as she wished.
"Saki, we are in the same class," I inform her once I have gone through the list.
With a nervous glance, Saki opened her eyes to find my name listed just below her. Instantly, her lips curved into a wide grin after finding that our names were together.
Now she seemed less nervous, then all of a sudden she looked at me and snapped with a frown, "I'm an elder sister, not Saki."
"Yes, yes, you are my elder sister, it's my mistake," I force a smile and then continue to look at a board to find another familiar name.
Takeru Yuta. The protagonist is in the same class as me. This doesn't surprise me, as in the game, it's mentioned that it had been nine years since Takeru Yuta and Akechi Ryuki had been friends.
Well, now a question arises: What should I do with the protagonist? Leave him alone or, following the game's pattern, befriend him?
Well, let's opt for friendship. Despite being dense and clueless, Takeru Yuta is also a gifted person and will be a good friend.
With all that going on in my mind, I dragged Saki to our class. And while I was still lost in thought, someone bumped into me, causing me to fall with another body above mine.
Long, soft hair cascades over my face as I see a cute girl with black hair and a mole near her left eye. As her red eyes meet mine, she blushes and tries to quickly push herself up from me.
"I'm sorry, sorry," she bows her head and apologizes as she sits on the ground with her legs spread behind her knees.
"It's alright," I assure her, before sitting on the floor as well.
Meanwhile, Saki frets, holding my head and with concern in her voice, "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine," I reassured her.
"Phew, there is no blood," Saki sighs in relief.
"Sorry, sorry, sorry for my sister," I hear a boy's voice and lift my head to see him. He is cute, with the same red eyes as the girl and long black hair.
He is undoubtedly someone who is going to be quite handsome. Of course, the same goes for the girl; she will be among the most beautiful women.
After all, the boy is Takeru Yuta, and the girl is Takeru Asuka.
Yes, the protagonist and the first heroine are siblings.
"It's no trouble," Saki helps me get up while Yuta helps his sister.
"Again, sorry. I rush in because of my annoying brother," Asuka explains, bowing her head to me once again.
"It's nothing. I'm also thinking of something else and didn't pay attention," I reply.
"Phew," Asuka exhales in relief and introduces herself, "I'm Takeru Asuka, and this is my brother Takeru Yuta, a stupid but good person."
"Are you complimenting me or badmouthing me?" Yuta quips but then looks at me and says, "Nice to meet you."
"I'm Akechi Ryuki, and this is my elder sister, Shizimu Saki."
Saki pats my back and whispers, "A good introduction, my little brother."
"Huh? Brother and sister?" Asuka looks at us in confusion.
"Well, she has our mother's surname, and I have our father's, so it's different," I say, not wanting to tell them that I'm adopted.
Drawing from her own experiences, our mother warned me not to tell others about this because there was a high chance I would be bullied if I were to say that.
Although I know nothing is going to happen, I'm still going to keep the fact that I am adopted as a secret.
"Oh, why is that?" Asuka asks, her eyes filled with curiosity.
"Because I think my father's surname is cool, and my little sister likes our mother's surname. No other reason," I reply coolly.
"Oh," Asuka nods.
"By the way, which class are you two in?" Yuta inquires.
"We both are in C Class," I reply.
"Wow, I'm also in C Class," Yuta remarks.
"Why am I the only one in a different class?" Asuka grumbles in dissatisfaction as she stares at the floor.
And so, this is how I encounter the protagonist and first heroine. Though it's not the type of first meeting I expected, it's not unpleasant either.
