Kai Pov

l looked up to see who spoke since I didn't expect anyone to be inside the vault , and I saw a woman with black hair up to her shoulders with black eyes with a orange glow that wasn't that of a human being along with a black dress that covered her body but showed enough to say she is ' blessed in the right places '

and than I saw her wide black wings with a dark orange glow at their tip which made me freeze as I recognized who it is, it is the angle of death Azrael!

I was not expecting her at cause yeah the uzumanki clan may have contact with the shinigami thanks to the death reaper seal but this is insane! it would be understandable if it was Yami! hell even kami! but Azrael!

I just took a deep breath to calm down and ask the obvious " um.... not be disrespectful but how and why are you here " I asked with respect I mean she can kill me here and now if she wanted to so I would like to live another day than anger her

" well let's just say a ' close friend ' asked me to guard the vault and wait for you to arrive and if you made it in one piece train you, and it looks like she was right about you " she answered

now I don't know whether to be honored to be taught by her or more concerned that someone knew I would be here and sent someone here to teach me? this is too confusing and I know I won't get answers, and I can risk annoying her so I said " very well thank you I am honored , could you please wait as I collect the scroll so we can leave " ' now how do I explain this without those asking too many questions ' I thought as I began to store the scrolls into a large storage scroll that I took out from a smaller storage scroll

time skip

3rd pov

after gathering the scrolls Kai along with Azrael exited the vault and went to meet with the other two, and surprisingly they got along like they knew each other and the weird thing is that they didn't even try to hide it ' maybe this ' close friend ' has an important role in this ' Kai though but kept it to himself as they left the island and returned to konoha

( The boat they paid for waited for them and returned them to the main land )

when they arrived the guards behaved as if they always knew as they called her bitoku and yūga's guardian, but kept quiet and continued into the village, than they split up bitoku and yūga took Azrael to their house and told kai to be there tomorrow morning to begin training while he made two clones, one to report to kakashi and another to inform his family about his return , and also tell them that he is going to meet Tsunade

{ scene change }

Kai arrived in front of the senju compound and entered it since he used to visit when he was younger and Tsunade gave him permission to visit any time she was around

as he approached the the building he noticed Tsunade on the front porch with someone whom he recognized as Mei terumi the former mizukage of the hidden mist village ' wonder what she is doing in the village ' Kai thought curios about her being here but focused on the task he set upon himself

he was first noticed by Tsunade as she said " hey Mei meet my grandson ( what do you call the godparents of your parents? ) Kai " than Mei looked at Kai with a gleam in her eyes he didn't like but kept his mouth shut as she spoke " well~well look at this young stud it's nice to meet maybe when you're older we can get to know each other * wink x2 * " Kai just said a quick ' me too ' which sealed his fate in the near future

Kai than faced Tsunade and said " I would like to learn medical ninjutsu from you please teach me " surprising her

ok we are done and now we're one more chapter away from the last time skip before cannon begins
