Birth Of The Undead Army (5)

He, Saber, hadn't a problem explaining his ideals to Adrianna. Why would he? If he kept everything inside his mind, wouldn't he go crazy? Talking in his mind all the time would eventually lead to him thinking there was someone else in his mind... Saber was completely sane, he didn't want that..!

"As for the reason why I devoured Leviathan, to be honest, it was always going to happen. I always wanted to do it, I simply was unsure if I'll actually gain anything from devouring a non-living entity."

"And, for you, well, I merely want to test my new ability. Plus, it works well for us both, you say you'll listen to my commands, and now you have a chance to earn my full trust. On the other hand, I will have cleaned up any possible loose ends... Be proud, you're the first of many undeads that'll sweep through existence following my commands!..."

Saber's voice rang in Adrianna's ears. His tone was that of a saintly person doing something righteous and for the benefit of everyone but himself. It felt as if he was doing Adrianna a favor deserving of her gratitude, and not turning her into his eternal slave even after death.

"Reborn!"

A dark beam shot out of one eye whilst a bright white light shot out the other. Instantly wrapping around Adrianna's body, she couldn't do anything as her body was stuck in time and space. She couldn't change anything.

...

...

Inside the city where the Litch previously lived, one can see countless demolished buildings in the outer region. The Inner and Core region was burnt to a crisp.

There weren't any structures that weren't destroyed. At the absolute center, one could see a young man who seemed to be anywhere between seventeen and twenty with long purple hair with strands of black and white.

He sat in a meditative position while levitating slightly above the ground. His black and white robe fluttered in the wind along with his long hair. Anyone who saw this scene would feel their heart rate quicken slightly, he seemed otherworldly.

His eyes opened. Revealing to the world a pair of purple eyes, his right pupil was black and in the shape of a star, while his left pupil was white, and in the shape of a star.

In the purple sclera on either eye, one could see countless black and white dotted stars much smaller than his pupils floating around.

"After this new transformation, my weakest form is this form no... it seems like all my other forms were seemingly ripped out of my existence as if all the useless stuff had left my body as if I was reborn... just like Oblivion!"

Luckily for him, not only could he still sense energy but, he also didn't drop cultivation realms, he was still a Level Four Profound Immortal.

But, it still came to him as a surprise, with him devouring the Litch, a peak Profound Immortal cultivator, he should have at least, moved up by a couple of minor realms.

"Anyway, it doesn't matter. My eyes have finally been opened." Closing his eyes, "Analyze!" Saber shouted. His voice resounded in his surroundings, its mere power caused ripples in the void as it threatened to form cracks in space.

In Saber's mind...

Thrum!

A smirk appeared on his exquisite face. His new elements, Weakness, Knowledge, Death, Life, and Reincarnation came from simply two forms of existence. Neither of them could be considered lifeforms since they weren't yet, they gave him the most rewards he had ever received.

Litch, and Android. Hehe...

As for marking 'old' next to Primordial Chaos and placing the words, Pseudo Deity, 'My eyes were opened and like Oblivion, who must have received a mission, I received my mission and the truth behind my existence. Sigh! Unlike me, Oblivion seemed to be serious about fulfilling his mission.'

Saber's figure slowly descended, mumbling.

"I can only assume that, even though he was almost 100 percent sure he wanted to complete his mission, he still had doubts, hence, he left me alive with the hope that I too would awaken to the truth. I am Saber, so it is to be expected that whatever he could do, I too can."

"Well, it doesn't matter right now anyway, when the two of us meet, we'll settle everything at once. If he truly wants to become a slave to a mere concept, then I'll simply devour him like all those who have defied me." Saber's eyes turned cold.

"My desire for the unknown is much more than his desire for returning everything to the way it was before the appearance of 'Existence'... My desire is endless, so my ability to devour, is in turn, endless..."

Landing on the scorched surface, he lightly waved his hand and a figure slowly exited his shadow. It had long white hair and grey skin with a pair of dull lifeless grey eyes. Though this humanoid figure matched the features of Adrianna, it seemed more like a puppet, a husk of her former self.

"Go search for nearby cities... Wherever is the weakest city you could find in a month, this is where we'll be going to commence the creation of what will be a splendid army." He ordered. This Adrianna nodded her head before dispersing into a puff of darkness.

Watching as his servant disappeared, "It feels much safer now. I feel as if a mountain of weight previously pressing down on my shoulder has disappeared. Yes, it does feel much better "taking care" of any loose end... no matter how faithful they seem."

Saber had a dazzling smile on his face. Right now, he forgot that he was in what this world considered to be Hell as he instead beamed with bliss. This kind of feeling of trust, no matter how twisted this type of trust is, he could surely never get used to how good it felt.

"I once said that I'll reach the peak with myself alone but, now that I think about it, it's much more fun sharing experiences with others. Of course, these people must be under my complete control otherwise it'll be no different than begging for betrayal."

Sigh!

'As for what I'll be doing now. It's best to prepare for the unknown. Now that I know what I truly am and what my purpose in being birthed into existence is, I'll need to forge a path where I end up doing the absolute opposite.'

'But, there also has to be a plan B, just in case my doing the absolute opposite was also part of the concept's wishes. And a plan C too. Anyway, in the end, there is a solution to all my answers, this is to gain strength. Soo much strength that there isn't an unknown for me to explore...'

'Soo much strength that my will is absolute, my command is absolute, and my desire is satiated. Everything in existence is under my control... This is the strength I'll need, to go up against the people of my race, the people of Oblivion's race, and possibly the most troublesome of the lot, Oblivion himself..!'
