Chapter 37

The uncountable amount of ice needles form quite a sight as it direct towards him. Seemingly like small blitz of lightning.

Before it could get to him Sakura who came to the side performed a jutsu. "Water Style-Ripping Torrent!"

From her hand a water spiral was formed. Coming at great speed using the large amount of water to destroy the ice needles.

"I'll take care of her Sakura," Sasuke said cooly to Sakura, smiling cooly facing her.

Sakura instantly felt her heart leaping out of her chest. Saying in a quiet and shy manner, "Be careful Sasuke-kun."

"I will."

Before Haku could even catch herself away Sasuke already appeared in front of her.

'What an incredibly fast speed,' Haku could only see the shadow of Sasuke's feet before it kick at her chest.

Of course Sasuke's speed is fast, even faster than how originally his speed would be using chakra. Since he combined into natural instinct the power of Giant's Might.

Haku's body falls to the ground from the might of Sasuke's kick. She tries with difficulty to stand up after feeling all the energy in her body drained from that kick.

"Let's end this," Sasuke said reaching in front of her forming a lightning rasenchidori that's swirling in his left hand.

Though Haku was ahead one step, creating a sudden coldness in the surrounding environment.

A flashing electricity formed all around Sasuke's body. Becoming a sort of protective defense that electrifies Haku.

The power of the Chidori Current causes her to fall on the ground. Her voice sounds raspy from the pain of being elected by the electric current.

'He's too strong,' her hazy eyes oversees Sasuke coming over to where she is laying down. Escaping from his sight trying her best to return to the mirrors.

"This game is over, your illusion never did worked on me," Sasuke said kicking to Haku's mask.

Causing her to fall backwards landing on the ground again weakly. Her white mask breaking into a thousand little pieces.

She stands up with a readiness to fight again. But her body responded weakly from fatigue.

Falling off her face, revealing what's underneath. Haku founds her body bearing huge amount of pain from Sasuke's attacks.

"You can go to sleep now," said Sasuke removing his shade to hypnotize her already tired and sleeping mind with his sharingan.

Her light body falls backward as her eyes closes. Sasuke was able to catch her falling body into his arms.

Opening the mission interface Sasuke took notice of the now completed mission:

Sasuke closes the interface, deciding to open the treasure chest at a more safer location.

Returning back to the environment he summons a shadow clone next to him, "Take her safely back to the village without notice. Make sure she is safe."

"Got it," the clone replied back.

"Here this shall get her sleeping for a while," said Sasuke while taking out a black round pill. Putting it inside her mouth.

This was a pill that he got for cheaply from the community mall. It was uploaded Reita who won it during a lottery draw.

"Now it is time to create a scene," summoning a few more shadow clones. 'Great Fireball Technique!'

Boom

The ice room covered with mirrors exploded from a large fire. Extinguishing everything inside into fine dust.

"Sasuke-kun!" Sakura rushes forth hugging Sasuke tightly around his waist, "I was so worried."

"Sasuke?"

"Don't worry I'm alright. Just a little bit out of chakra," said Sasuke in an awkward manner. Feeling a little tipsy as Sakura holds him together.

"You're such an idiot Sasuke-kun," Sakura pouted her cheeks. Even though Sasuke is at his most vulnerable in front of her right now. She still finds him more manly than before.

The kind of man who can lift the entire from her shoulders. Who can give her a sense security in her heart.

"Thanks Sakura I'll rest assured that you'll take care fo me," Sasuke smiled happily for her. Finding his body fatigued. His eyes droopy fainting in her arms.

"Sasuke!" Naruto who was already carrying the asleep Kakashi on his back rushed to hold onto his best friend.

Sakura finds her love to like a vulnerable child in her arms. With his face resting on her shoulder. Sleeping with faith in her caring arms.

With one of her hand she caresses Sasuke's cheek with loving adoration. "You can sleep. I'll always care for you," saying to him in a tiny inaudible whisper.

When Sasuke woke up he found himself lying inside a white comfy futon. It was already night time, through the window he notices the blue moon light shining down onto humanity.

Next to where his head was resting he observes Sakura's sleeping face. Sitting up quietly Sasuke gently combs Sakura's pink flowery hair back with his hand.

In this night sky her breathing was very light, breathing in and out from her nostrils. With her body sleeping next to him.

Standing up he took the mattress placing with lightness as it wraps around her small body. Tucking it close to her body.

Escaping from the room Sasuke find a dock that was under the moonlight. Sitting on the edge he felt the warmness of the ocean sea gushing towards him.

Blowing its salty freshness on his face slowly carried from the wind. Sitting down he stared across the sea looking at the blue moon from the surface.

It was all peaceful and beautiful at the moment.
