Chapter 22: They will never know

While he was in shooting stance with his pistol thinking about today's routine, he sensed someone. More accurately, he sensed someone who was watching him from the tree behind him.

He used his super-speed and vanished from there and appeared behind the man. The man had a white mask on his face and wore a white dress as well.

He was surprised by seeing Zeng Xin appear behind him. He summoned his spirit. 4 rings coloured yellow, yellow, yellowish-purple, purple imegred beneath him.

"Who are you?" The masked man asked him while his rings were glowing like he was charhging his attack.

"You won't get to know me?" Having him seen with his spirit may cause further problems for him. He jumped toward him and punched his chest throwing him into the threes.

He crashed into the trees and coughed a mouthful of blood. He had fractured several of his bones. Just a single punch was enough for him.

"Our Seven Glazed Tile pagoda will never leave you." He said thinking that his backer will make Zeng Xin back off.

"They will never get to know." he picked his by his neck and crushed it. Killing him in a second. He then picked up his body and threw it toward the direction of Star Dou Forest. He flew like a kite.

He cleaned my hands which had blood on them and started going back to his dorm.

'He was here to keep an eye on Rong Rong' Zeng Xin was thinkin about his current kill.

He was free the whole day. Having nothing else to do. He sat down to cultivate in his room. He cultivated rest of the day and the night. HE only opened his eyes the next day at dawn.

Zeng Xin haven't achieved any breakthrough but his foundation is betting better. He went outside to stretch his body but today he found no one outside. Zhu Zhuqing was not outside today.

NOt thinking uch of it he started his exercises. Soon, sun came up and he went back to freshen his body and went to the college cafeteria. Soon the bell rung and everyone went to meet Flender.

"So moving toward your first lesson, it will be to fight in Suotuo City Spirit Arena. Let's depart." After saying that Flender took all of them and departed toward the Spirit Arena.

"Dean, you're bringing them there on their first day?" Dai Mubai hurriedly asked with some concern.

"You all are monsters and so you'll also be trained in monstrous way. Let's go." Flender said looking at all of them as they all nodded their head with determination.

Zeng Xin has only heard about Spirit Arena but never seen one. He wasn't a battle maniac but he still had some expectation.

On the way, Mubai and Flender told them about Spirit Arena and it's purpose.

As they reached there, they can see an enormous building that looks more like a huge palace then arena to fight.

"After registration, each participant will recieve an Iron Soul Badge, every win can earn you one point while losing will also make you lose one point. A hundred point will advance you to Bronze Soul Badge and and so on. Before you all graduate, I want all of you to at least get a Silver Soul Badge." Flender said looking at them."

"Yes dean!" They all nodded their head.

"Okay, I won't explain the rest now. Mubai you can introduce them to the rest."

"There are three types of battles in the great arena, one-on-one battle, two-on-two battle and team battle. The last one is not of any importance now as we all have different spirit power level. In the great arena you can only advance throught battles and can gain money, experience in combat and even improve your spirit level." Dai Mubai explained to them slowly. Flender seeing this nodded and gestured Dai Mubai.

"Mubai, bring them to register." Flender said to Mubai who nodded and took all of us to the registration counter.

Tang San at this time asked Mubai, "Which rank is Silver Soul Badge?"

Dai Mubai explained while walking forward, " There are eight rank of badges, from bottom to top is Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Purple-Gold, Sapphire, Ruby and Diamond."

"Silver Soul Badge is only at the third rank, so it's not that hard to earn." Xiao Wu said with glee.

Dai Mubai just smiled at that and said, "It's not easy as you think. I've been battling here since I was level 29. Now I have 29 wins and 27 loses, only two point."

They all were shocked hearing this as Tang San again said , " Only two points, with your capability and fighting power?"

They all knew about Dai Mubai's strength, so they were quite shocked hearing that he had only two points.

"Nothing impossible. It's not easy to win in Suotuo City Spirit Arena" He then looked at fatty and said, " Fatty, tell them your results."

Fatty spread his hand and said in an happy tone, "21 wins and 12 loses, 9 points."

Tang San immediately asked, "Why is your score higher than him?"
