An Outing Without Supervision

"Hah...It was really so tiring...." Kate had just finished answering the questions of oh so curious valkyries.

And one must say, she used alot of her brain power on answering those.

"Here have a drink Kate-San." Mei offered a drink to Kate,

"Ah...Thank you..." Kate Accepted the drink and gulped it down,

Both of them along with Kiana and Bronya were sitting on the cafeteria benches.

With Kiana munching through her food to even pay attention to Mei and Bronya playing a homu game on a Nintendo like portable console ( Or whatever it is called).

Kate looked over the food that Kiana was eating and ordered the same,

"Tasty..." She mumbled slowly as she ate her ordered food.

Mei seemed to smile while watching Kiana and even Kate.

Bronya also seemed to be looking at Kate.

Ring Ring

Suddenly bells rang signaling the end of the lunch break,

And the start of the next half of classes.

Kate and others bid farewell to Bronya as she went to her section while they went to there's,

"Hey Sister!" Kiana suddenly called Kate while walking.

"Hm? What is it?" Kate, being the good sister she is spoke in return.

"How about we do a prank on teacher Nikolas !"

Kiana suddenly got every enthusiastic while saying it,

"Prank? Kiana I don't think we should..."

Kate wanted to deny Kiana's decision and  was about to even scold her before,

"Hoh? I didn't think you had time for such things instead of studying , student Kiana..." Spoke a man from behind both of them.

Kiana side by side Kate flinched and turned backwards at the speed of sound.

Both of them widened their eyes, but for different reasons...

"T-Teacher Nikolas?!" Kiana shuttered while speaking.

' Welt Yang...?' Kate widened her eyes slightly.

'I had been expecting to meet him, but I didn't knew it would be this soon...'

Kate then slightly looked at her right and saw Mei behind Welt wearing a awkward smile while looking at her and Kiana.

Then Kate looked at him, scanning his attire.

One would say, Welt Yang was certainly an 1900s style person, donning clothes of such tastes...

Kate stopped looking at his clothes and looked at him,

Welt, although noticing the gaze on him ,played dumb and looked at Kiana,

"You scored the lowest marks for the assessment test of this month, just mere 7 marks out of the total 160 marks...."

Welt spoke while slipping his hand on his carry bag hanging from his shoulder and taking out Kiana's paper,

"D-Dont show that!" Kiana panicked as she noticed that her sister was looking at the paper.

Kiana jumped at Welt while trying to take it and he side stepped,

"Hm...You must be Kate Kaslana, Kiana's older sister." Welt than focused his attention to the girl besides Kiana.

"I had heard about you from the rumours and official notices I got, but meeting you in person is entirely different..."

Welt said and continued,

"But I hope you aren't like you sister."

All with a deadpan face.

"Ah-hahaha..." Kate laughed akwardly not knowing how to react,

"Hm...I have a class now, see you all later." Welt looked at his watch and left Kiana , Kate and Mei alone.

As he left Kiana and Kate both looked at Mei while there looks said,

'Why didn't you warn us?'

After that Mei tried explaining that Welt told her to be quite as listened through Kiana's prank talk.

The three of them went back to their classes and finally the day ended.

[ At An Unknown Location] :

"Hm...." His green eyes watched the girl in the screen, eating her dinner together with another girl who looked the same as her albeit with a little longer hair.

"K-423 is progressing smoothly like always, learning from mistakes but still repeating them...Hm" While talking about K-423 , and by seeing those white hair and blue eyes , the blonde haired man remembered a distant memory,

"Hm..." His eyes grew a little nostalgic recalling the times where his everything

was that girl,

"Kallen..." He shook his head, his eyes resolute, and focused on the other girl,

"K-342...The extra variable in my plan, she can be both the helper to advance my plan...or the destroyer of it..." He squinted his eyes as he looked at the normal looking girl through the screen,

"Let's observe you a little more K-342 , maybe you will help me initiate that project I had scrapped..."

The green eyes shifted from the first screen to another ,

"With her above average adaptability,

it would surely be possible..."

[ St. Freya ]

"Sister are you ready!" Kiana spoke from downstairs as Kate was fixing her hair with the help of Theresa.

"Yeah...Wait for a moment." Replied Kate as she looked Theresa who was fixing her hair while standing in a stool.

"hm-hm! Done!"

Theresa finished styling Kate's hair and jumped off the stool.

"Did you like it?" She spoke,

"Yeah I guess, I do like it..." Kate said while she looked at herself,

Kate had asked Theresa to do a hair style which would fit her outfit, and Theresa did what her niece asked,

"But Aunt Theresa, why did you allow both me and Kiana to go alone?"

Few hours ago Kiana asked her aunt if she could go to the city with Kate and surprisingly Theresa allowed it,

"It's nothing, I just thought I would allow both of my nieces some family time together~" Although she said that Kate didn't believe it one bit.

'If it had been like that , she would had come with us aswell, for she won't miss a chance for break...There is a catch.'

" I see..." Still Kate nodded her head despite her doubts.

Theresa with Kate went downstairs and saw Kiana who was already there waiting.

"Wow! You look so good !" Kiana , as soon as she saw Kate praised her,

"Is that so? Thank you! You look good aswell!" Kate smiled at her and returned the praise.(A/N: To be honest I don't really know if girls praise there sisters like this...But meh who cares)

Now with both Kiana and Kate ready , they took off from the house as Theresa together with Bronya and Mei, who had at some point spawned watched them off.

"Miss Theresa are you sure about this test?" Mei turned and looked at Theresa.

"Yes I am sure, we need to test their abilities while at emergency situations and this would be perfect, but I will be sure to give them some free time for real after this..." Theresa nodded her head.

"Besides..." Theresa was about to continue when Bronya said,

"Subject Kate had already started doubting the credibility of the hangout after Madam Principal allowed them to go without you, me or Mei-nee-sama..."

All with her monotonous voice,

" I knew it, Kate is alot more vigilant about things than Kiana..." Theresa smiled but suddenly the smile turned a little sad,

" It looks like Kiana has taken after Siegfried while Kate had taken after her..."
