Then Noah replied" James don't sell restaurant shares you have $1billion dollars liquid on you why not I just look for the of your choice and look at it's price then if we don't have enough we can apply for a loan on your restaurant".

James thought about it and agree to it.

Next day Noah used his connection and found about a company which has produce some movies that failed on box office and was really in debut.

Noah came to James " I found a company that has very good history and produce some great movies.

"I have had a meeting with it's chairman and CEO and he is willing to sell company at price of $2 billion dollars with all the rights of all old and classic movies and their is there a superhero studio which was called marvel.

They bought marvel because AK studio bought DC comics and released a super hero movie which was very successful at that time marvel was going rough time and DVV entertainment was at the highest point of it's time so bought marvel comics but failed very badly.

Now because of that their upcoming project were failed on the box office and there every major movie because box office flop so that's why they are in debt.

When James heard this his eyes lit up and said "we are not going to buy there old movies rights but we are going marvel comics with it.

When Noah heard that he said ok left to make an appointment with the chairman of DVV entertainment.

The next day both Noah and James came to the company on time.

They went to the reception desk told them they had appointment with the chairman she led them to his office.

When chairman saw them he came forward and did handshake with them and asked" would to drink coffee tea or something cold".

To which James said that "no thank you but let's just get to point as you know I don't want the old movies right but I want that marvel comics that you own."

When the chairman heard this he surprised but said nothing there went on for like 3 to 4 hours

and decided to sell the company for $600 million dollars in cash and on one condition that all his has to remain.

James agreed to condition and signed the agreement and he announced all of this to his staff I mean the old chairman staff.

He then looked at Noah and said let's make it big in this industry as well.

Next he asked Noah to look for a suitable CEO because now he just to make and produce movies not look at all the paper work to which Noah replied a little embarrassed " man my wife you know her very good at business magement and she is working in a big corporation as director so let's appoint her so I can some free time with her as well.

James knew he was not joking because he knew wife as well she was indeed very good he asked him to call her and leave that job and work here so he renamed this DVV entertainment to

JSJ ENTERTAINMENT which will become the biggest and most profitable company in all hollywood but that was in near future.
