The Ai family

"mom look at him, he is not going to office and he slacking his works to play with his granddaughter....also why didn't you send him to office early in the morning?" Bai lu complained to her mother.

madam bai shook her head hearing her daughter "I asked him to go to his office, but he said he would go later, so I didn't say anything else."

"since he is not going to his work properly ...we will leave sooner than i thought i will leave" Bai lu said while looking at her father who is not listening to them.

"you are leaving? i thought you will stay here since you came back from there" Master bai asked with a upset tone.

"yah we are leaving....i forgot to tell you guys last night that we are shifting to an apartment near my university...at first i thought we will shift after few days but since you are not going to your work properly we leave day after tomorrow" Bai lu answered in a nonchalant manner while eating her breakfast which her mother passed her.

"but why are you shifting in an apartment when you have this large mansion? i promise i will go to work properly from tomorrow and without weekends i will not take leave" Master bai said while trying to convince her to stay here.

"yah why are you shifting there? just stay here this whole mansion is empty with just two of us living here with some servants living in the side house." Madam Bai added.

"we are just shifting there because it will be easier for me to go to university and also take care of her" 

Before they could continue..butler Lin entered the hall room through the main door of the mansion and went towards them "master, madam,young miss ...butler yu came just now and handed over an invitation card" Butler lin said after bowing slightly.

"butler yu?" madam Bai asked in confirmation.

"yes madam....he said to pass it to both of you" butler Lin said.

"what is the invitation about?" Master bai asked while making Ai yun sit on his lap.

"i didn't check master" butler Lin answered while handing over the invitation envelop to master bai.

"ok...you can leave now " after taking the envelop master bai dismissed the butler.

"dad, who is butler yu?....i don't think i heard about him before and why do you two look serious at the mention of his name?" Bai lu asked in confusion...as she felt she didn't know something or didn't tell her about something.

"oh he is from other two families....as you were out of the country just after four months you turned 18 ....we couldn't hold a banquet for you to introduce to others...and before that, we didn't take you to any events as it is a rule among the three families that children under 18 from these families can't be introduced to others nor exposed ...that's why you don't know him" madam Bai answered in the place of her husband.

In the early days, when these three prominent families were formed, they mutually decided not to expose their children under 18 to the outside world. The aim was to provide their children with a normal childhood without the fear of enemies. Even if their children had to enter a pretentious school or any other institution with a wealthy background, they had to do it by faking their family backgrounds. This was done to keep their families' identities hidden from the general public and to avoid any potential threats. In some cases, the higher-ups in these institutions would be pressured to admit these children without revealing their true identity.

The three BIG family groups have a significant presence in all sectors of the economy, but their primary focus is on the banking sector. They control the majority of the country's capital and have managed to maintain a stable economy, which has contributed to the overall peace and prosperity of the nation. Additionally, they have invested heavily in other key sectors such as real estate, mining, agriculture, and manufacturing, which have contributed significantly to the country's GDP over the years.

The three families are involved in all sectors, except for banking, where all three families control it together. At the end of every year, the heads of the families meet to solve any problems. Each family takes a turn to control a sector every year. if a family is in charge of a sector, they can make changes as long as it benefits the country and not their personal interests. They cannot make any changes that would cause problems for the people or the country.

"oh" Bai lu said hearing her mother's explanation.

"open the envelope,honey" madam Bai asked her husband.

"yah yah"....after master bai opened the envelope...he took out a invitation card and read it loud for the other two to know what is written on the card

"Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bai,

We cordially invite your family to our family's heir's birthday banquet, which will be held at x hotel on x date night, two days from now. We hope you will be able to join us for this special occasion.

Hearing Ai family...Bai Lu was stunned...her brain started to get messed up at the thought of Ai chang belonging to this Ai family....if he did then it made sense now to why she couldn't find him after searching for so long....and also she didn't try to find him among these three families because from one of the family she belonged and another one she know, he is not from that family...only about this family she didn't know anything ...even the family name.
