With a shocked expression, Loki walked right up to the door.
'What just happened?'
Loki slowly began to recall all the events that led to this moment and then he suddenly realised it all.
'Ah! Magical floor, the seventh floor.'
''Every Positive Circle you make' just meant walking in a clockwise direction.'
'And since I was thinking about the riddle while making the positive circles the door appeared?'
'What's inside it all?' Loki questioned and then thought about the third line of the riddle which he mumbled out loud, "Will lead you to me to wake."
'Is Salazar Slytherin inside there?'
The door was weird. It had all sorts of engravings but Loki couldn't see them clearly since they all blended with each other so well.
Loki placed his hand on the golden door and was about to push it open when some sense knocked into his mind.
'Not good! Not good! I should divine if I can enter the place safely and come out alive after I do so before I enter.'
Going into the Sefirah Castle after entering a broom closet nearby Loki pulled out his trusty pendulum and murmured the words, "It is safe to enter the room that has appeared on the seventh floor."
He murmured it seven times before opening his eyes.
Because of his excitement, Loki's eyes buzzed around for a few moments before landing on the pendulum.
'Clockwise.'
'Alright, that means it's safe. But I better still take precautions in case something goes wrong or is capable of interfering with my divination.'
Loki quickly performed a bestowal ritual and summoned all the items he'd crafted over the summer and put them all over his body to protect himself. He wanted to be sure he wouldn't die immediately on arrival or worse.
While concentrating on Salazar Slytherin's concealment rune in his mind to make himself mentally invisible Loki *gulped* audibly and finally placed his hand on the door.
'Alright. I'll push in….three…two…one…and push!'
'...'
'Huh?'
Loki pushed with all his might but the door didn't budge.
"Ah! What if-"
Loki poured in a little bit of his spirituality into the door and it immediately sprang to life.
The gold shimmered and a blue phosphorescent liquid began to emerge in the gaps between the engravings causing it to reveal its beauty.
Dragons, Griffons, Snakes and all assortments of other animals along with plants appeared on the door, all outlined by a glowing liquid that shimmered all around the door.
The blue liquid slowly filled the hollow eyes and the capillaries of the plants and the veins of the animals making it seem like the liquid was the key to all their lives.
Slowly everything on the door under Loki's shocked gaze began to move around. Each animal woke up with a yawn as if they had just been woken up from a long slumber while the flowers of the plants bloomed as they happily swayed in the wind?
Loki was mesmerised by it all when suddenly they all jumped away from the centre and rushed to the sides as a clean and straight crack appeared through the centre.
The blue liquid shimmered and throbbed like a heart as Loki heard a faint drum beating from inside the door.
'It feels like an ancient giant is about to wake up.'
Loki was afraid that all the light show and the noise would wake up and attract the attention of someone in the castle who wasn't yet sleeping.
Excess gold seemed to melt off the door and Loki saw it drip down and freeze in the air, forming a royal handle that was attached to it.
Slowly the light and sound works died down and Loki was left with a golden door that had engravings of live animals and plants who all had blue eyes and veins.
Loki was dumbfounded.
But snapping out of it when cool wind blew into the corridor through the windows, Loki mustered up the courage to open the door.
He placed his hand on the handle and pushed.
'Ah…it's light.'
The door moved so easily that Loki felt it was his intention to open the door that moved it and not his hands.
Opening the door a crack, Loki stepped in and to his surprise, the inside was dark as if there were no lights, the only light coming inside was from the door itself.
But all of a sudden, before Loki could react, the door closed behind him soundlessly and left him trapped in a dark lightless room.
Yet, Loki remained calm, he trusted his divination.
The darkness was peculiar since he couldn't see much, but-
Loki's night vision helped him outline the objects inside the room as he made out a large shelf on his left, four large crystals the size of a door in front of him and a large table and chair on his right.
'Is this a study room?' Loki thought.
Loki made his way to the table to examine it first and found a small parchment on it on which were lines of text he was confused to read.
'Am I reading this right?'
He pulled out his wand and cast a 'Lumos' charm to give himself some light, but the words he read left him dumbfounded.
'Stop shielding your mind.'
Loki frowned.
But reluctantly, very reluctantly, he slowly stopped focusing on the concealment rune.
As soon as he did, Loki saw an immediate change.
Blue lights like fireflies swooped into the room and gave it a cosy winter glow, a fire brewed in the fireplace near Loki and the chair that was previously just sitting in its place, knocked into his knees and forced him to sit.
A teapot brewed tea in front of his eyes and poured a cup of milk tea into a porcelain cup for him which he grabbed from the air.
Loki was surprised by the aliveness the room displayed all of a sudden and became absorbed in studying all the masterful craftsmanship of the room that was hidden earlier.
Several chandeliers hung from the ceilings, rows and rows of books lined the shelves on the walls and several murals were painted on the walls representing stories that Loki found absorbing.
But that was when Loki's eyes gravitated to the four blue crystals at the centre of the room. Loki was shocked. The shock was so great that Loki forgot to breathe for a second and dropped his teacup.
The cup didn't break, it hovered beside him as if whoever had charmed it knew what would happen to it.
Loki immediately got up and rushed toward the crystals and the tea cup followed behind him, not letting any tea spill.
'What is this!?'
Loki asked himself, pinching to see if he was dreaming, but the pain seemed real.
In the four crystals, that appeared as though they had sprouted out of the ground in four different directions, were people trapped inside.
'Who are they!?' Loki wondered with surprise as he saw the bodies of the people in them.
'Why do only two crystals contain people in them? What happened to the other two?'
