Tenacious

opening his eyes before blinking few times, I could feel a ray of light shed on my face. My body was feeling sore. turning my head I could see the dead tiger on my arm probably from impact to it's head giving a massive shock that killing this beast. I guessed that I was throw to the grown hard after the tiger's head hitting the ground at fast speed. I proceed to check if my body is okay. My right hand is okay, yet weak. same as both my legs, including my back, because I can still feel it. As soon I tried to move my left hand, it was numb, no response. Tears fell out of my eyes, rage welling in my mind as I push myself up.

"It is hurting like hell! *sniff**sniff* I... C-can do it!"

"AAARRGGHHH!"

Pushing my aching body up, my left arm which stuck in it's mouth, not having thought died before got to eat my arm. moving toward the tiger's head, I tried to push the jaw while pulling the upper part up but the rigor mortise I heard is already passed.

"For F*ck sake! OPEN UP!!!"

The shout itself couldn't help me but I don't care anymore, what pride, what logic. I'm in Isekai, not living in earth. Gritting my teeth, I tried to open up this corpse mouth. After few times, I couldn't open it, making me angry more and more.

"LET ME GO!!!"

I moved my eyes around to find something to break the teeth of this damn tiger, found a sharp pierce of metal. I don't know what is this but I must have it. I moved my body barely reach to take that sharp thing.

"I must survive! I must survive! I must survive!"

Kept repeating like mantra, no different than a madman, I am. Holding sharp element similar to stone, I kept hitting at the teeth which bitten my arm. At few hit there is only dent, but after moving my hand nonstop hitting it with desire to live more than before.

"Finally."

Seeing a destroyed teeth and a sharp of fang fell out, I could pull my arm away. The blossoming smile to deprecating one. I know this, my hand is already done. I must do something, something to avoid infection from numbing still moving my upper side.

A growl from my stomach calling me for food. I pushed my body up with the sharp metal in my hand and the fang in my pocket.

"Damn..."

After a while walked, I found a bush filled with blackcurrant looking fruit. step by step moving toward this food,. My hand moved toward the fruit picking a piece of it. My eyes wandering every surface of the fruit. After realised that it is a blackcurrant based on my eyes, I put it in my mouth before bite it. A strong citrus rushed into my mouth, making me surprised by this fruit.

"Delicious!"

My right hand moved face grabbing a few bunch on it and munch on it nonstop. The thirst, the hunger started to wane as I could feel sated after eating a long of fruit. Taking a few blackcurrant, I went away without any direction, just an instinct.

After A long walk, I heard a falling water. Rush to the source of the sound, I went out from the forest to the lake. A sun shined on my face as a beautiful lake appeared. My smile turned into horror when saw a Azure Sky coloured dragon gracefully on the lake. My mind turned toward the past.

I thought that I will never meet dragon. But I was reincarnate to Isekai which making me hoping to meet dragon. Then here I am, meeting dragon. No glee, No happy, No delight just terror infiltrating my mind, body shuddering, instinct went wild warning me.

The dragon moved it's head while watching at me, I moved to side after noticed a few place bit far where I can get a water from the lake. Step,by step, moving to side while watching at the dragon. My erratic breathing was being control as I can but my instinct was still blaring in my head. Gulping few times, I arrived at side lake far from dragon.

As my hand moved to cup the crystal clear water into my mouth.

"*ROAR*!!!"

The azure sky dragon roared at me. Fear overtaken me but rage, instantly counter it, my breathing was heavier. I pulled out sharp metal.

"F*CK YOU! YOU F*CKING LIZARD!!!!!!!"

At this moment, every inch of my will, every anger in my dna, every hatred I have. I will let out ALL OF IT!!!

"COME HERE, YOU SON OF A B*TCH!!!!!"

The dragon seemed intimidated by my roar before moving it's wing to fly away from here. As soon it disappeared from my side, My body started to feel loose as my ass fall to ground.

"I....I.... I survived. I survive! I SURVIVE!!!!"

At this moment, I Truly understand how brave my ancestor, my grandpa were when facing death. Tears pouring out as laugh went out from my mouth.

"HAHAHA!~ I SURVIVED! I SURVIVED! I AM SURVIVE WITHOUT ANYTHING HELPING ME, JUST A WILL, A WILL TO SURVIVE!!!"

I tasted a reward for being brave the Death. Today, is the day I celebrate my first day safely live in this Isekai.

[Azure Sky Dragon]

As I was meditating to understand my magic vein, I could feel a breath of a human. The man was in tattered, scar full on his body. A thin body for with bit bulged stomach and dirty trouser appearing in front of me.

The man was wary of me, moving side by side before moving to the lake side that far from me. I could see the man was less wary and want to drink my water. Hihihi~, let's scare him a bit.

"*ROAR*!!!"

I could see him froze, his face pale but it turned to red. A intangible aura could be filled in the air around him. A magic is pulsating around him, like black hole.

"F*CK YOU! YOU F*CKING LIZARD!!!!!!!"

I could feel the magic around him become more and more tangible giving raw feeling beast ready to kill me.

"COME HERE, YOU SON OF A B*TCH!!!!!"

I took a step back, my body unknowingly shuddered. Not thinking to joke with this fearsome man, I moved my wing and fly away. Even though I am Artoria The Azure Sky Dragon, I can feel this threat is not a paper tiger moreover the thing on his hand is Atlarus!!
