How the Stars bring us Together

A story originally set within a castle of the Medieval Era, though it's like paradise on Earth(and in slight ruins), the Zodiacs find themselves caught up in trouble when Ophiuchus starts to stir it. They seem to part ways, although the God of Stars seems to think otherwise. The lot are soon sent to recreate their relationships in modern times, whether this plan seems to play or not is another matter... Having already been reincarnated into the thirteen respective Zodiac signs, you can imagine how confusing yet another time period would be. To most of them, at least. A cautionary reminder that this book shall contain some graphic, mature scenes. Viewer discretion is advised. There is also alot of profound language, such as swearing.

Chapter 4.

•Pisces' POV•

~10 minutes earlier~

I sighed as I watched Ophiuchus being patronized by Cancer. I mean, she could totally take Cancer.. Although I still had a tad bit of worry. I looked over at Leo, who was biting his claws in anxiety.

Leo was visibly on edge, and wanted to get inbetween, although he must've known she could handle herself against an angry man-child.

I was blind in one eye, and it all had to do with Cancer. You want to know why? Well, I'll tell you.

~3 years earlier~

I glared as Libra was now laying on the floor in tears, holding her bloody face. She had got Cancer on me previously, just for calling her annoying, impudent, a crybaby, the list goes on... I mean, maybe I deserved Cancer attacking me, though I still had the bruises on my face.

I went to my space upon the castle and dropped down on my bed, and soon fell asleep.

A few hours later and I awoke to ice-cold water being splashed on my face, I was tied to a chair and on the dock outside of the rundown castle. I had a blindfold on, and found myself just staring at darkness. I then heard the waves behind me, and tried to struggle although the rope just continued to rub against my bare wrists. The cold then hit me. I shivered.

Someone then ripped the blindfold off, and I found Cancer grinning at me. How could he find this amusing?! I was completely naked and tied to a chair!

"Seems that the sleeping shipwreck has awoken. You do look a bit of a wreck, from this angle.." Cancer was stood about two metres away. I then noticed Scorpio behind him, within the darkness and recording this. I choked back a sob, all of this just because of Libra?!

"Does Libra know you're doing this.." I whispered, looking away, I found my eyes watering.

"She doesn't. And she isn't about to find out.. Honestly, her name coming off your tongue disgusts me. A sly prick as yourself doesn't deserve to speak of such a deity."

He then came forwards, and slammed my very own glasses' arm into my left eye. I shrieked in agony, knowing full well I couldn't fight back. I then heard Scorpio laughing quietly behind him as he recorded it. Blood dribbled down my face.

Cancer then grabbed me by the throat and squeezed, my breath hitched and I found myself trying to draw in small breaths. He put his hand out and I soon noticed a cat o' nine tail whip in Scorpio's free hand, as he passed it to Cancer.

Cancer ripped me from the chair, the glasses' arm still in my eye, throbbing. I was forced onto my knees and faced the sea, shaking from my sobs. Cancer slapped the whip against the floor, it sounded painful and swift. I thought that before I then realised it had soon hit my bare back. I screamed in pain, as I could already feel a bruise forming.

He began to repeatedly whip my back, and blood soon gushed out. I trembled in pain, sobbing quietly, as I curled up in defeat. I soon heard receding footsteps, getting further and further away from me.

I helplessly laid there, until Aries found me the next morning. He was shocked, although it was as if he had already known what had happened after I explained everything.

Libra soon found out about the merciless beating a few hours later, and she had ignored Cancer for a week. Although I should have been too busy treating my wounds, I couldn't help but laugh every once in a while. Whether it was a loss or not, it felt like a win-win situation to me.

•Present time•

I then ran into the library to find Virgo and Taurus talking, though seemed to be rather intimately. I had no time to question them, I soon called out to them rather irritated.

"Good Lord, guys! Ophiuchus is being patronized and you guys are just sitting here reading?! Come on, we need to sort out this mayhem that Cancer's caused!"

I soon ushered them out, pleased with their compliance.
