Chapter 68: Gyuki: The wind is too strong; I didn't hear you clearly. Can you say it again? 

From Gyuki's understanding of Konohagakure, that old-fashioned Third Hokage would never agree to let the Nine-Tails out. They wouldn't even let the Jinchuriki out, not to mention that the Nine-Tails' current state didn't look like one being controlled by a Jinchuriki. 

Thinking this, Gyuki suddenly felt curious. 

"How did you convince your Jinchuriki to let your chakra out?" 

To know how strong Konohagakure's sealing techniques are, just ask the former Whirlpool Village. The Uzumaki clan had a good relationship with Konohagakure. While protecting Whirlpool Village, Konohagakure learned sealing techniques from the Uzumaki clan. Plus, the Senju clan was close to the Uzumaki clan, leading to Konohagakure's sealing skills surpassing those of other ninja villages for fifty years. 

Of course, that's not the key point. The main thing is that the three great countries attacked Whirlpool Village because the Uzumaki clan's sealing techniques were too powerful. This shows the gap between the sealing techniques of different villages. Others have to be careful living with a tailed beast inside them, always worried that it might escape. Naruto, on the other hand, doesn't have to worry at all. If it weren't for the gap left by Minato, Kurama wouldn't even be able to use chakra to mess with Naruto.

That's the difference.

That's why Gyuki was curious. After all, if the Jinchuriki hadn't taken the initiative, he didn't believe Kurama could break through Konohagakure's sealing techniques on his own.

Kurama understood what Gyuki meant: 

"That kid Naruto has some issues. If I trick him a little, he believes me."

He wasn't stupid.

Kurama chuckled and said, "But enough about that. I came to find you because I need to tell you and Matatabi something. Speaking of which, where is Matatabi? I can't sense her chakra. Is she not in the Land of Thunder?"

"She's on a place called Turtle Island, training with her Jinchuriki. Her Jinchuriki is preparing to master her powers," Gyuki replied honestly.

He knew that tailed beasts and humans didn't get along well. He also knew that Kurama had a serious dislike for humans. There are some things tailed beasts can talk about among themselves. Even if they really are friendly with humans, they wouldn't share everything, just like Kurama wouldn't tell Naruto about the little room deep inside the hearts of tailed beasts.

Of course, he would talk about it later, but not now.

"Turtle Island, huh." Kurama turned around, realizing.

He knew about Turtle Island; it was just a giant turtle raised by the Land of Thunder. Right now, Turtle Island was hidden in the ocean, and it was too big to find, so he couldn't be bothered to look for it.

Kurama said indifferently, "Then just tell her for me later."

Gyuki nodded, "So what effort did you go through to find us to say? You're going in circles. Have you learned to speak like a human now?"

There was a hint of impatience in his tone. 

But Kurama liked that. This was the hot-tempered Gyuki he knew. The previous friendliness had actually made Kurama feel a bit uncomfortable.

"Two things," Kurama said directly, no longer beating around the bush. 

"First, Uchiha Madara wants to revive the Ten-Tails. He's dead now, but he left behind a backup plan called 'Akatsuki.' This organization is currently based in the Land of Rain. On the surface, they seem like a mercenary team, but their real goal is to capture all nine of us." 

"Revive the Ten-Tails!!!" Gyuki's eyes widened in shock. 

"Wait, Kurama, are you serious?" 

It's no surprise Gyuki was shocked; this news was indeed startling. 

No one knows more about the Ten-Tails than the nine tailed beasts, and because of that understanding, Gyuki had this expression. 

"Kurama, you can't joke about something like this!" 

Gyuki's tone was filled with warning. 

"Do I look like I'm joking?" Kurama shot back coldly. 

"If it weren't for the Ten-Tails' revival, I wouldn't have come all the way to the Land of Thunder to tell you this. I could just be at home sleeping, right?" 

 Kurama's tone was also filled with frustration. 

He had been happily enjoying hotpot and singing when suddenly his memories from another world affected him. Without the games and anime, Kurama didn't even want to go on living. If it weren't for thinking about how the entertainment industry might develop in the future, he really wouldn't care about this. 

It wouldn't be bad to have everyone play immersive games together after Kaguya is revived. 

Unfortunately, as a tailed beast, there was no place for him in those games. 

Can he bear this? 

He couldn't, so he had to fight back. First, he would deal with Kaguya, and then he could play games when Boruto arrives! 

His request wasn't too high; surviving until Boruto was already a win. 

Because this news was so shocking, Gyuki didn't immediately notice that something Kurama said was a bit off. 

"This kind of thing must be reported to the other tailed beasts, and what about the humans…"

 Gyuki looked at Kurama.

"Teach me your technique, that tail separation Clone Jutsu." Kurama stated his purpose directly. 

Gyuki and Matatabi's Jinchuriki were both perfect Jinchuriki, so when they encountered the Akatsuki organization, they would fight without holding back, so there was no worry about that. The only thing he needed was the tail separation Clone Jutsu. 

"You want to separate from your Jinchuriki?" Gyuki, being Gyuki, was smarter than other tailed beasts. Just hearing Kurama say this made him guess Kurama's thoughts. However, there was one thing he didn't understand. 

"Kurama, it seems like you care a lot about your Jinchuriki?" 

After all, if Kurama could separate, he wouldn't need to ask him for the tail separation Clone Jutsu. This meant Kurama definitely wanted to separate from the Jinchuriki while ensuring the Jinchuriki could stay alive. Considering Kurama's personality, this was simply unbelievable.
