The stretcher stopped in front of Ji Cheng. He held her hand as he looked at her pale face. How was he going to tell her that she lost her baby?. How could he put it in a way that won't give her a lot of pain.

How do you explain that the child you have been carrying for 8 months was already dead before it came out?.

The next morning, the sun stood still in the bright sky. It was a beautiful morning. Ji Cheng left the hospital and went home to change his clothes. He had been trying to call Ji Feng, but the call wasn't going through.

After taking his bath, changing his clothes and having breakfast, he quickly went to the hospital.

He just walked in when he saw a police man talking to a doctor.

"It looks like an accident happened...The car got hit by a truck" the police man explained.

Ji Cheng brought out his phone and called Ji Feng but his phone was switched off.

"According to his ID, his name his Ji Feng" the police man said. When Ji Cheng heard Ji Feng's name, he turned around and walked towards the police man and the doctor.

"What did you say?" Ji Cheng asked.

"Who are you?" The police man asked.

"My name is Ji Cheng...you...you just said that the victim's name is Ji Feng..." Ji Cheng said as he tried to calm down. He hoped what he was thinking was not true.

"Actually...I have been trying to call my junior brother since yesterday... but he's not answering..." Ji Cheng explained.

Few minutes later, the doctor took Ji Cheng to Ji Feng. When he got there, hi saw a body covered with white cloth.

"Identity... if he's your brother" the doctor said.

Ji Cheng walked over shakily. His hands were trembling as he removed the cloth.

What he saw made him freeze. He was unable to move. He looked at the young and pale face . It was Ji Feng. Laying there lifeless.

"Oh no...no..no!" Ji Cheng cried. He touched Ji Feng's hand and its was already cold. Yesterday, his sister's child died and now it was his brother.

Ji Cheng couldn't stop tears from rolling down his eyes. He was already thinking of how he was going to tell Ji Meilimg that her child was dead now his was he going to explain that her brother died as well.

It was already 1pm in the afternoon when Ji Meiling woke up. She opened her eyes slowly. The irritating smell that entered her nose made her realize that she was in a hospital. She sat up and used her hand to touch her stomach. Though it was still big, she felt empty.

All she could remember was that she was lying on the floor. She couldn't remember what happened after that.

"My baby!" She said as she tried to get up from the bed.

The door suddenly opened.
