"I can't believe you just agreed to help him like that...seems like I can depend on you in the future" Li Shen said with a mischievous smile.

"Depend on me my foot... I only agreed because it was Ji Feng" Qin Jiali said as she looked at Li Shen in disdain.

"Why?...could it be that Miss Qin has a crush on Ji Feng?" Jin Yan asked as a playful smile appeared on his face.

"Think what you want...I just think that he wouldn't lie about this unlike Li Shen who lied about his grandmother's funeral last year...turns out she was not dead at all and besides Ji Feng is a good student and obviously the best in our set plus he's very honest" Qin Jiali said.

"All the more reason for you to have a crush on him" Li Shen said as the two of them continued teasing her.

He was also the best student in the class and he had a bright future ahead of him. "Hey...Li Shen look at this...she's blushing" Jin Yan said to Li Shen as they both looked at Qin Jiali. Qin Jiali suddenly stopped and touched her face.

"Aiya...who would have thought that Miss Qin was secretly harboring a crush on our friend" Li Shen said.

"Qin Jiali...do you need any help confessing your love...don't worry we'll surely help you" Jin Yan said as he looked at Li Shen who nodded.

"Don't you dare" Qin Jiali warned.

"Why?...Miss Qin...if we help you, I can guarantee that you will succeed" Li Shen suggested.

"I don't need your help and if I want to confess my love I'll do it myself" Qin Jiali said.

"Aiya...Miss Qin is really brave...I'll be looking up to you from now on" Jin Yan teased as the three of them went back to their dormitories.

In City Hospital, Ji Cheng quickly carried Ji Meiling out of the car and brought her into the hospital. A doctor and some nurses quickly attended to them.

"What happened to her?" the doctor asked as he examined Ji Meiling.

"I don't know...I saw her lying on the floor unconscious so I brought her here" Ji Cheng explained as his voice became hoarse.

"My baby...my baby...my..." Ji Meiling said faintly as she slowly opened her eyes and closed it back.

"Meiling...everything will be fine...we're at the hospital" Ji Cheng said as he held her hands.
