Abduction

Rami woke up in the morning feeling energetic and refreshed, as the warm sunlight filled his room. Today was a holiday, which made him feel happy. He sat on his bed for a few moments, thinking, "Maybe this is the perfect day to take Lily on a tour of the capital, just like we did before."

Rami got out of bed and headed to the kitchen to eat something, as Lily was still asleep. He glanced at the vial containing the serum prepared for her and wondered," I wonder if she will become a witch or a warrior?" He smiled to himself for a moment, imagining her as a warrior, then felt a shiver at the thought.

"I hope she wakes up as a witch..." he whispered softly as he prepared to wake her.

After breakfast, he decided to tell her his plan: "Lily, what if I take you on a tour of the capital today? It would be fun." But Lily gently shook her head and said, "I don't want to go; I'd rather stay home." Rami was surprised by her refusal, then remembered, "Oh... the computer!" He realized that Lily wanted to stay and play.

Rami hesitated for a moment but thought, "I won't stop her; she's home alone... I can consider it compensation for her."

"Okay, I'll be gone for a while," he told her, then pulled out a small device that was only used for calls and sending messages and calls Christoph.

Rami left the house after bidding farewell to Lily and calling Christoph. He decided to spend the day wandering the capital, and Christoph was the best choice to accompany him, as he knew the places well.

They met at a designated spot, and Christoph took Rami on a tour of some shops and malls. They exchanged conversations about life in the capital and discussed general topics.

At one point, Christoph suggested going to the casino they usually visited. Rami thought for a moment, then said, "Why not? A brief visit won't hurt." So they headed to the casino.

When they arrived, they were welcomed by the lights, and the atmosphere filled with excitement. The place was bustling with visitors moving between the tables, where games varied between poker and roulette. The overlapping sounds of coins and the calls of luck filled the air, creating a sense of thrill.

"It's different from anything I've seen before," Rami said with a smile.

The two began to explore the casino to observe the ambiance. Christoph pointed to a poker table, saying, "What do you think about sitting here?" Rami wasn't interested in playing poker, but decided to try his luck at roulette.

Amid the bright casino lights and the sounds of fortune, Rami immersed himself in the atmosphere. He watched people move between tables and slot machines, enjoying the flow of events around him. Although he wasn't used to places like this, he felt an unexpected sense of ease, caught up in the excitement without realizing how much time had passed.

After a while, Rami glanced at the time and realized it was getting late. "It's getting late, Christoph; I should head back,"

Christoph glanced at his watch, nodding in agreement. "Yeah, you're right. Time really flew by tonight."

On the way back, Rami hired a taxi. As the car drove through the capital's streets, the sunset filled the horizon with its orange hue. Rami surrendered to moments of contemplation.

"Are you okay?" Christoph asked, noticing the concern etched on Rami's face. "You look troubled."

"I'm fine... just a strange feeling," Rami replied, surprised by Christoph's observation of his anxiety.

But this feeling didn't go away; it worsened, prompting him to ask the driver to speed up.

When the car stopped in front of Rami's house, he was shocked to notice that the front door was wide open. He had a bad feeling creeping over him for a while, which only heightened his anxiety. "This is impossible..." he whispered to himself. Even though the capital had become relatively safe, Lily understood the importance of safety, especially after they had lived in a chaotic city filled with gangs. She wouldn't leave the door open like that.

Without waiting, Rami rushed into the house, leaving the taxi behind without paying. The driver tried to call out to him, "Hey! Your money!" But before he could finish, some coins flew toward him. He caught them with a smile and drove away.

When Rami reached the house, the front door was ajar in a way that felt unnatural. His heart raced, and he dashed in without thinking. The house was eerily silent. Even the air felt fresh. He hurried up the stairs, shouting, "Lily!" but received no response. When he reached her room, he saw the computer smashed, and the floor littered with debris. He stood frozen, feeling as if the world around him had frozen too.

In the center of the room, the computer lay overturned on the floor, with pieces of the screen scattered haphazardly. The room was in disarray. Rami stood motionless, his eyes fixed on the chaos. His face was pale, as if he were in shock, wondering what had happened to Lily.

Behind him, Christoph looked tense. He tried to speak, but the words failed him. The disarray indicated that something dangerous had occurred.

Christoph tried to break the silence. "Rami, calm down. Since she isn't here, someone must have kidnapped her."

But Rami didn't hear Christoph; his eyes were glued to the wreckage. When he turned to Christoph, his voice was icy and trembling with rage: "Who dares to do this?"

"What's happening to you?" Christoph asked nervously.

But Rami didn't respond; he stared at the chaos. After a moment of silence, Christoph quickly said, "Maybe you angered someone at school. They took advantage of your noble status and attacked your home. Or it could be the Blood Moon gang... they're the only ones who would do something like this."
