When I got home I told my mom everything. She hugged me "that's great hun but are you ready for the ball tomorrow?" I nodded "Yes I am" She patted my head "Go take a shower and change okay?" I nod and go to take a shower.

When me and malik got home we saw mother waiting for us. "Where have you been?!" We laughed nervously "we were playing with Umiko and emily mother" She sighed "Tell me before you do that. Now go get changed and ready for dinner. Hurry though I have something to tell you both" We nodded and quickly got ready for dinner. When we came back down stairs mother sat us both down. "So you both know what's happening tomorrow right?" We nod and she sighed "Good, Now jackson I will allow you to have and be around emily since I like her but Malik I'm sorry but stay away from that girl jessica" He nodded "very well mother" She looked surprised "Your not mad?" He shook his head "No I'm not, Father made us date I don't really like her" Mother smiled "Perfect" Malik smiled "Besides I wanted to try and talk to umiko to try and be her friend again" She smiled "I'm glad your making a effort with her" We were dismissed to eat dinner.
