MEETING THE GIRL.

Ryan and James were walking and talking on their way to get some coffee enjoying the fresh air and the warm sunshine. They were on their way to get some coffee when suddenly, they saw a girl trip and fall in the distance. James immediately suggested

they go help her but Ryan wasn't sure if it was a good idea. James looked at him in surprise. 'Come on, we have to help her,' he said. 'She might be hurt.' Ryan still hesitated, feeling nervous and unsure of what to do.

James looked at him in confusion, and then went to help the girl without another word... On getting to where she was,he helped her up " sorry, are you okay?" he asked.

The girl on the other hand was clearly annoyed and agitated by James' help. She brushed off his assistance and snapped at him, telling him to mind his own business. She stood up and dusted herself off. She was clearly unhappy about the situation, and it was obvious that she didn't want anyone's help.

James watched her go, feeling a bit disappointed and confused. He felt frustrated that the girl had been so rude especially after he'd helped her up. "I just wanted to help," he said. But the girl was already walking away, clearly annoyed.

James sighed and turned to walk back to campus, feeling a little dejected. He was almost to the building when he saw Ryan, who left him earlier in nervousness standing outside. "Hey, where'd the girl go?" asked Ryan. "She left," said James. "She was pretty rude, to be honest." Ryan looked concerned. "Sorry you had to deal with that. Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine".

"it's hard to know what's going on in someone else's head I guess. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but you did the right thing trying to help don't let it get u down."

James nodded, feeling a bit better. "Thanks man, I needed to hear that. So what have you been up to?"

"Not much," said Ryan. "Just trying to stay on top of my homework and get some studying done. Trying to relax a little bit too. What about you?"

"I'm getting kind of hungry, actually," said James. "I didn't end up getting coffee like we'd planned. I think I'll just order a pizza instead."

"Mind if I tag along?" asked Ryan. "I could use some food too."

"Of course!" said James. He picked up his phone from the couch next to the bed and stepped outside to make the call.
