"Your highness, he took the bait." Li Hua whispered in Yuxuan's ears, who was seated over a magnificent throne quietly sipping on his wine.

"That's great, beauty always works, don't you think so too?" Yuxuan smiled satisfactorily.

"As always, when have your plans ever failed?" Li Hua replied while pouring some wine for himself in a goblet.

"What if she refuses to co-operate though?" He continued.

"Don't forget your status Hua or else I might be forced to take an action that you wouldn't prefer." Yuxuan said, wearing that never-fading smile of his. His eyes shone with a barely noticeable murderous glint.

"My apologies,I crossed my boundaries." Li Hua immediately stood up, not deceived by his smile.

"Relax, as long as you keep certain things in mind, you will remain safe forever." Yuxuan gulped down the rest of the wine and strode towards the inner hall.

Xixi was distracted from her neat notes with the knocking sound on the door.

Reliott was asleep already. Her head cutely drooped on a scroll. 

Xixi softly touched its small button nose before getting up.

"Er... who is this?" Xixi asked with a hint of hesitation.

"It's me." The deep voice made her unable to react for a while.

'What's he doing here in the middle of night? Could it be he is here to settle the score about the token? Wait, I haven't yet cleared up my desk. I can't let him see my papers. Or maybe I am just overthinking he could very well be here just to take Relliott' she wondered in a daze. 

"If you don't mind then could you please open the door? Actually I have something important to ask you." 

"Yeah, of course, just a moment please." Xixi opened the door, composing her flustered self.

"I am sorry for the delay." Xixi said with an awkward smile. 

"No, problem. I should be the one to apologise for disturbing you so late." He replied softly and entered the room as if it was his own.

'So bossy, tch.' Xixi sighed.

"Can you recognize this?" Ziran asked as he handed her the 2d blueprint of the game he previously made out of interest. Who knew this would be so helpful someday.

"This....is this the graphics of mazeland?" Xixi was beyond astonished. She really loved the animated avatars and designs of the game. In fact so much so that she immediately installed the game right after watching its ad on a manhua application. What a pity, out of nowhere the game was banned all over the world.

She greedily continued appreciating the art of the print handed over to her by the second prince.

"Then you used to play this game?" Ziran could barely suppress the excitement in his voice.

"Yeah, it has been more than 5 years though. I didn't expect it to exist here either." her hands softly grazed over the print. He could sense the nostalgia in her eyes. His heart beats sped up uncontrollably.

"Your user name?" It didn't sound appropriate enough, so he paused for a second and continued, "I was wondering if you would be willing to pair up with me in a game or not?"

"Achooo.." Lucas sneezed loudly, shivering from the bad omen he felt.

Xixi looked up in surprise. "Eh? You are not angry with me?" she asked, her doe eyes almost blaming the person standing opposite to her. 

"What? Why would I be? Didn't we just come back from the palace?" Ziran was puzzled.

'What the hell is going on inside her small brain?' He was speechless facing her, looking no less than a cat who wasn't fed on time.

"What was your user name there?" he asked, averting his eyes elsewhere.

"EtheralSilver I suppose." Xixi also retracted her gaze. It's not like she didn't scold him in her heart though. 

"Your role was that of scholar Zhong Sihao?" He acted quite surprised perfectly acing the performance of lying like a pro.

"Yeah, the control and explosion exp of that character was the highest and the avatar was quite pretty too..." 

"What about you?" She tilted her head and asked.

"A zade sword slayer." he suddenly appeared forlorn to Xixi.

'Did he meet his first love there?' She once again felt that dull ache spreading all over her chest.

"Let's have a chat over this tomorrow, ok? It's getting late, you also need to take a rest." he ruffled her bun dotingly.

"Uh huh." Xixi replied, embarrassed by his intimate behaviour.

"Pooh, you can't even crack the base code after so long? Wei Lu is way better." Steven 

scorned Lucas straightforwardly, slowly peeling a Sisem fruit.

Lucas silently gritted his teeth furiously tapping on the poor keys of the keyboard. Wei Lu surpassed him by 150 points in last year's hackathon.

 'That brat improved tremendously within such a short time, he must have pestered Ziran to train him. Sneaky imp.' Lucas chopped Wi Lu over a hundred times in his imagination bubble.

"Hey hey, look look! The cold second prince confessed to a lady in his youth!" he widened his eyes, ready to digest the hot gossip.

"Ayeee, I knew it, there has to be some mystery about this romance interest of my brother. Quick, quick forward the texts to me before he comes in." Steven was no longer disdainful of Lucas.

Lucas gave an arrogant smile, rejoicing this golden chance of taking revenge.

"How brave of you to assume I am going to do it for free."

Steven regretted immediately. If only he had known,he wouldn't have mocked him earlier. 

He changed his face to a flattering one within a moment.

"Your heart is so big right? Be generous, forgive and forget, okie?"

"Heh, even if my heart was as big as mountain Tao, I still won't forgive a scum like you."
