I was so courageous when I called him to tell him everything, but now all my courage seems to be flying away. My paranoid self kept telling me that if he knew those things, he would leave me. That he wouldn't believe me like others.
My heart is beating like it will come out of my mouth at any moment. But since I decided to tell him today, I must do it. I can't back away; I won't back away.
Alexander's hand on mine calmed me a little. I drew in a deep breath, and he rubbed my hand with his thumb in a shooting way. I swallowed hard and released my breath before telling him.
