Chapter Three: Embarrassed

I got home with the shopping bags in my hands..

I went shopping with my Best friend Ashely... well she's part of my crew and also part of the cheer leaders.

We went on a shopping because I was actually have a date with Mason..

He is my boyfriend and he planned on taking me on a date today.

I would get some make-up artist to take care of my face and a stylist to take care of my hair.

I love classic things because they bring out my beauty.

Mom was in the sitting room watching movies with a popcorn in from of her.

"I'm back Mom"I said AG's she turned back ads smiled seeing me.

"How was school today hon?" She asked.

"It was fine and also stressful"I replied.

"Why did you say its stressful?"she asked.

"Because I had to practice all day.. you know I'm the Cheer leader"I answered.

"Sorry dear...but there's breakfast I'd you are feeling hungry"she said.

"Okay I would go eat it..but I would be going on a date with Mason"I said pouting.

"Sure.. you can go but make sure you come back early"She warned.

"Alright"I said then climbed the long curving stairs leading to my room.

I got to my room then dropped the shopping bags on the bed..I took off my clothes and walked into the bathroom to take a cold bath.

I added some perfumes and soap into the tube then entered.

The water was damn cool and I didn't wanna come out anymore.

We got home few minutes later so I parked the car in the garage before alighting.

Owen alighted from the car also AG's we both walked into the house.

We met Mom,she was on the couch watching movies.

I guess she came back from work so early today.

"Hey mom..we are back"I said and she smiled seeing.

"How was school?"she asked.

"It was boring..."Owen replied m dropping his backpack.

"It was great to me..I got to meet my bestie"I said.

"But why do you said it was boring?"Mom asked Owen.

"The class was boring especially when it was History period..the teacher kept talking about the history of The past legend and truth to be told I wasn't even concentrated on whatever she was saying... When it got to the recces break there was no one to talk with..my friends had lunch together while i was all alone....I wasn't just in the mood today"Owen answered..

"Well I guess you didn't enjoy your first day at school"Mom said.

Owen scoffed then climbed the stairs going to his room.

"Okay mom I would be in my room"I said then climbed the stairs to my room.

I got to my room then closed the door behind.

I sighed then collapsed on the bed feeling a little bit tired.

I decided to take a cold bath so I took off my clothes.i walked into the bathroom and turned on the shower.

....

I came out of the bathroom few minutes later.i wore my clothes then walked out of the room soon later.

I ran through the stairs and got to the sitting room.i met mom still watching movies..so I went to the dinning to dish my food..

It was Mashed potatoes with stew.i began to eat it and gosh it was damn great.

I continued to eat it until I was done.i dropped the dishes in the kitchen..I went out of the kitchen and was surprised to see Owen on the dinning.

His head was bent and I could see he was kinda worried.

My makeup were done..my dress was classic and my shoe were made by the Louis Vuitton brands.

I looked at the mirror and admired myself.

I really look like a model,i said to myself.

Walking out of my room was the next thing I did since I was done with whatever I was doing.

I climbed the stairs leading to the sitting room.

Mom wasn't in the sitting room anymore so I walked out of the house with the makeup artist trailing me behind.

Well she was actually with me..

The driver was ready so I entered the car while the make up artist bid me a Goodbye.

"Drive me to Las Vegas hotel"I said with pride.

"Alright ma'am"he said and drove off.

We got there in less than thirty minutes ,I welcomed into the hotel and also told them I would be staying the VIP restaurant.

They took me there but u was surprised to see Mason was yet to arrive.

I decided to contact him since he promised he would be here early.

I dialed his number which firstly went a voicemail..I tried the second time and he picked up.

"Mason,where are you.. I'm at the hotel?"I asked.

"I'm sorry Kimberly.but I can't make it..I got hooked up with something"he said.

"What do you mean you can't make it?"I asked feeling embarrassed.

"I got something which hooked me up... I'm really sorry maybe another day"he said.

I cut the Phone angrily and didn't know what do that moment.

I don't know if I should just go home or wait..I was just so confused..

How can he do this to me.
