Chapter Six:Chloe and Lucas

I woke up the next morning and found out that I was in my room.

How did I get here?,I asked myself then sat up properly.

I was sleeping on the couch hut how did I end up on my bed.

Well I guess it would be mom because Owen can't carry me.i checked the time and saw I was almost late for school so I stood up and took off my clothes.

I wasn't wearing the same cloth I wore last night to show my clothes wear changed..to a night pyjamas precisely.

But who changed my clothes?,I asked myself.

I walked into the bathroom and turned on the shower because I need a quick bath.

The water began to drip on me and I began to splash it on my body.

Few minutes later

I didn't spend much time in the bathroom so I came out few minutes later.

I put on my clothes and applied some little make up.i went out of my room and hurried down the stairs leading to the sitting room.

I got to sitting room and sighted mom dishing out breakfast on the dinning with Owen.

I guess she was the one who changed my clothes because Owen can't because he is my kid bro.

"Hey Mom"My voice cooed then she stopped dishing out food and looked at me smiling.

"How was night sweetheart?"She asked and continued dishing out the food.

"It was fine but mom.. what time do you got home yesterday and are you the one who changed my clothes?"I asked.

"Yea,i had somethings to do that's wvy I came late as secondly I'm the one who changed your clothes Incase you might think it was Owen"She said.

"She won't think I'm the one..I can't do that"Owen Chipped in."I know you weren't the one..so its not like I'm suspecting you"I replied.

"So would you take your breakfast or just stand their?"mom asked and I realized I was supposed to eat breakfast.

"Oh.i forgot"I said and sat down on s chair opposite mom.

I put on my clothes and was fully prepared for my new day at school.

Well I would be attending Berkeley high school.. which is also the same school the girl next door whom is our neighbor is attending.

I can't wait to see her beautiful face more.

After I was done preparing I came out of my room and hurried down the stairs.

My sister Audrey was having Breakfast with mom and thet were both quiet.

Well I'm older than Audrey with Five years and she's still in junior high school.

"Good morning mom"I greeted politely.

"Good morning son,how was your night?"She asked.

"It was fine I guess"I replied and sat on a chair next to her."So are you ready to begin your first day at school?"Mom asked and I nodded.

"Yea,i can't wait to start."I replied with a smile."What about you Audrey?"Mom asked.

"Nope"She replied chewing through cheese"And why aren't you happy.. you know we just moved in and don't worry you would enjoy Berkeley high"Mom assured.

"So I would he taking you guys to school since it's your first day"She added then continued eating.

We were all done with Breakfast add was fully prepared to resume school.

We went out of the house with mom locking the door

I stared at our next neighbor's house.. while I was still staring the door opened revealing her.

The Blonde hair girl and according to me She's that girl next door because, we are neighbors.

I stole glances at her but totally forgot I was supposed to enter the car.

I got to the car and was surprised when she entered a car which is obviously her car because she was at the driver's seat.

"Who are you staring at Kyle?"Mom asked.

"Its no one mom"I quickly replied.

I was about to enter the car when I noticed that Kyle guy was staring at me.

I ignored the stairs then entered the car before turning on the ignition and soon after I drove off.

Owen was at my side because accident to him he said he just wanna stay beside me.

"So do you told mom about the nightmare you had and the warning?"I asked bringing up the topic.

'Yea,but she said it was just a mere dream and nothing more..I told you she's never gonna listen"He replied.

"Let us just keep trying"I said simply add continued to drive until we got to school.

I parked the car at the school's parking slot while we both alighted from the car.

I was about to enter when I sighted the Kyle guy car..

Are we both in the same school?,I asked myself.

"Alexa"I heard Owen called which brought me back to reality.

"I'm off to class I would see you later"He said and walked towards the junior high school block.

The Kyle guy came out with his mom and a young girl whom i'm totally sure would be in the same class with Owen.

I shrugged then began to walk through the hallway.

I sighted Chloe but she was talking with someone.i decided to leave her because she was really in a deep conversation with the person.

I went to my Locker and took some books from it and at the same time dropped some books.

I checked the timetable and saw I was having art... which is my best subject.

I walked into the Art class and sat down on an empty seat.

I was done talking with Lucas,the hot guy.he was damn cute and handsome that I drooled over him.

He is the reason I joined the cheer team because him and his crew are fitted next to the Cheer team base.

Gosh,i just wish Alexa could look for a more cute guy than Marcus Smith.

He's cute but not like my Lucas.

But Alexa is obsessed with him and he is also her prince charming.

I got to my Locker and took my book and at the same time dropping some.i checked the timetable and saw I was having History.

Gosh,i hate that subject.

I closed my Locker and began to walk to the history class.

I got there few minutes later and saw that the teacher had already began.

"You are late Miss"She said."Yea,i know that"I replied.

My eyes searched for an empty seat but I found one next to Lucas.

We were both having that same class.
