A God To Believe In

As the radiant golden aura enveloped Adam, he reluctantly released his grip on the short sword, aware that the Archbishop was about to launch his counterattack. In a swift and calculated move, the Archbishop unleashed his formidable skill [Heavenly Blades], conjuring ethereal blades that materialized through a shimmering portal to Adam's right.

With a sinister grin, the kneeling Archbishop believed he had finally seized the opportunity to bring an end to this young warrior's defiance, relishing in the pain he had inflicted upon him just moments before. However, his jubilant expression quickly dissolved into a look of sheer astonishment as Adam once again vanished from sight, leaving the Archbishop bewildered.

"Where did he... Ugh!" The Archbishop's words were cut short by a guttural groan of agony as three lightning arrows materialized out of thin air and mercilessly pierced his back. The force of the attack sent him crashing to the ground.
