　　"We have arranged for you and your wife to enjoy a lovely couple massage at the spa."

　　"That sounds amazing!" Anna said, her eyes lighting up. "I'd love to."

　　"And I'd love to join you," I said, smiling at her. "But I think we should get ready for dinner first."

　　"Sure, your dinner will be served at the dining hall at seven o'clock and as I said, there will be a formal dress code, so please dress appropriately. Thank you."

　　I nodded and then closed the door.

　　I turned to Anna, who was smiling at me. "What a polite staff," she said. "They seem to care about the guests' experience here."

　　"They do," I said. "This is one of the most exclusive resorts in the world, and they take great pride in their hospitality. They want to make sure every guest has a perfect stay."

　　"Well, they're certainly doing a good job of that so far," Anna said. "I feel very well taken care of here."
